I have purchased multiple beds from this store.
Recently I purchased another Queen bed + an extra Queen mattress.
We arranged for delivery.
The store notified us well in advance.
The delivery guys were excellent and rung us 30mins prior to delivery and were very helpful unloading the beds. Papakura store sakes persons were very helpful and excellent.

Papakura Beds4U are a fantastic team of guys to purchase furniture from. They delivered to Waikato which was impressive and made sure the lounge suite and bed arrived on time and intact. (These are not light furnishings). I finally opened my lounge suite one year on and I am totally blown away with the quality and the furnishings. Thank-you team at Papakura Beds4U I will be back again to purchase in future. Highly recommended.

I'm writing a review a little late from the time that I bought a bed from here, however I thought I'd take the time to still do it since the service and help I received here was absolutely amazing:) The lovely sales assistant Jazz was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful throughout the whole visit - and because of her amazing help we were easily able to make a decision about what we wanted to buy. Even after our visit, Jazz continue to contact me and made sure we were left with no questions and were provided with all the support we needed. Delivery of the bed was also super quick and done with no problems at all - and I honestly love how it turned out. I'm obsessed with the colour, design and look of the bed and I could not be happier with the way that it turned out! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new bed as the service and products are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

Purchased a Queen Slumberzone Spine bed from a lovely salesperson called Jazz. She gave us a great deal. She arranged the delivery to our specification date and time. The guys were great, they put everything in place, didn't have to lift a finger, very impressed. Thankyou for your great service, Jazz, and the delivery guys.
And most of all, our top of the range bed, medium soft, we love it.

Very clean and very helpful full of comfortable brand new beds I've bought one from them they make it in a other factory brand new and it will be delivered in 3 days so from Saturday to Tuesday not bad for a brand new bed a ️

We bought king materess and base and pillow from anu. He knows about the products that what he selling and he knows how to do excellent customer service and we enjoying at the moment and Lucky we live in takanini. Nz made awsome.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jazz and her team at Beds4u papakura, outstanding customer service kept me update via text/call with my order in regards to delivery. I purchased a Californian king mattress and base which is super comfy and never gave a thought about how differcult it would be to get up my internal stairs to get to my bedroom. SHOUT OUT to the 2 delivery guys who were outstanding they did an amazing job moving in such a tight spot, taking extra care not to damage anything. I will definitely be back in the near future. I am one very satisfied customer. I bought a Slumberzone Posture Elite double bed for my 18 year old Son, as a belated birthday present. He loves his new bed, as he had outgrown his old single bed. Anu, the store Manager gave great service in helping us choose the right bed, and organised for the base to have drawers installed.
The delivery was also came with great service, with the delivery men very helpful in carrying the bed and accessories in to my sons room. Also thankyou Anu for including the free pillows.
I would highly reccomend Beds4U Papakura to anyone looking to purchase a new bed.

First off we had a problem with the slats for one of the two beds we bought. However new slats were quickly delivered, and the guys even assembled the bed for me. Can't ask for more than that! Great and friendly service all round!
