We are very pleased with the job Leroy. We couldnt have asked for a better service or finished job. I did write a review before but then thought the yet to be painted house was spoiling the photo. A top job thanks to the Maximo team. Maximo demonstrated the upmost professionalism in every stage of our balustrade installation. We are very impressed and highly recommend.

The retractable awning was expensive but is of high quality. The installation was professional and throughout the manufacturing and fitting process the Maximo folk were friendly, courteous an helpful - excellent service.

Have used Maximo on several projects now and found them competitive and efficient and we have been happy with the end result.

We had two old decks with wooden balustrades. We contacted Maximo to replace these with modern glass balustrading. It took several months to find builders who would reinforce and prepare the decks. Kallisto Construction headed by Jordan Alomari did an amazing job. Then Maximo put in the perfect balustrading with minimal fuss. They did all their homework and excelled with the best workmanship and attention to detail. I can’t speak highly enough of Maximo (John & Eric & the installers). We look forward to involving them with n our 3rd deck renovation next year. Awesome work Maximo! You excelled beyond our expectations!

We have recently used Maximo to supply balustrading for deck and pool areas to a, high end, new build in Howick.
I was very impressed with the product, install and communication throughout the process. Also due to the extensive nature of the build, Maximo were flexible to installing different areas at appropriate time's to suit our building program.

The Maximo crew put a new balustrade on our deck last week and wow - it looks great! Awesome service throughout the experience. Was really happy with the sales team and the way they worked with us, everything was communicated well and the service was excellent. Would recommend

I found Maximo an extremely average company to deal with, for several reasons.
Firstly I was told we could have our deck balustrade glass installed with in 3-4 weeks of paying the deposit.
Once the deposit was paid we were then told install would be at best 10 weeks. At best all going well, their words.
Over the last two years we have experienced a number of different challenges related to stock, also their words.
Obviously maximo new they couldn't perform what was agreed prior to paying the deposit.

Being that they said at best and were unable to confirm an install date we were forced to ask for deposit back, as they were unable to perform what was agreed and it was a safety issue for young kids living onsite.

We then had the glass balustrade installed within 5 days from an efficient and straight up company.

After asking for our deposit back I was then told it would be less 200 which I still didn't understand as you are legally unable to hold back any amount of a deposit if you are unable to perform what was agreed.

Then I was told they would hold back Total 10hrs @ $95 = $950 + GST
4 of those hours they claim was a site measure when we never had any member of there company site measure. I actually did the measuring and emailed them.

And apparently 5 hours for a design of my measurements that would take any junior draftsman maximin 1 hour.

Extremely disappointed with this company, so be careful. I will be seeking legal advice.
