A disappointing experience. Food safety is very concerning. Dry meat. Lettuce is old. Burger was inedible.

Waste my money everything from the drinks chips burger was Luke warm drinks were already made before order, watery tasteless, cold chips stacks up due to lunch rush bins and tables over filled floors sticky and discusting toilets terrible fast service but that was it

15 munites waiting in the drive through, I see loads of people complaining, have they not learnt?

Every time I’ve ordered from here they forget something or give us the wrong things. How hard is it? Terrible store.

Worst chips/fries I've had in a while. Cold. Over cooked but sat so long they were soggy, and barely any salt.

Head to BK if you want hot salty fries.

I just went in and ordered and while doing so there was a guy mopping the whole floor, from counter to the front doors. He said "I need you to move because Wednesday is the day we mop the entire floor. "
Well.today is Friday for one thing.
And for two, the place should be mopped at least once per day for health regulation standards.
And the annoyance from the guy, who seemed to not understand that there were lots of people in there because it is lunchtime, just came across as rude.

I would recommend travelling to McDonald's Orewa instead of going to the Stanmore Bay branch if you live on the Coast as Orewa is much better (although it's not hard to be better than the Stanmore Bay one!)

Never xoming to this outlet again. Ordered 3 dishes and an item was missing in each. Ordered for double, got only 1! Never expected such a poor and wronf service at McD. Please check before u eat. Horrible service, too late and went passed my order. I had to check with them and they said it was already ready.

They don't listen when ordering tho the drive tho.was so angry missed a burger thankful it wasn't paid for. Noone cared

This MacDonald's is always busy which is good to see in today's economic climate, the chips are always cold and the toilets are always dirty

Always get sent to the waiting bay for what ever I order never had good chips there always cold

Over the course of millenia, language has evolved to enable us to perfectly describe our interactions. Of all the thousands of words we are able to use today, "Meh" is most fitting for this establishment.

We took our children into the playground, which smelt so damp and musty and decided to eat near the counter. The seats and floor were dirty with more than usual amounts of food bits, tables weren't cleared and the burgers and chips were cold, very weird for maccas. There were some people who waited 10mins for food, when there was only three people in and two in drive thru. The coffee was good, fast and they took it to your car. Not impressed with this Mc donalds, and they were probably getting paid extra for the Easter Monday public holiday too. I'll be generous and give two stars for the coffee

Always clean, friendly staff, usually don't have a problem with missing items after using drive thru

I gave 4 stars becoz they make you wait sometimes for food even if you are ordering from drive thru

Mcflurry was off or machine not cleaned. Consistently have had bad food from here. Won't go again. EDIT: have been back several times since for food and is almost always great. Store could use a proper regular clean though, it's never clean.

It was good. The person just didnt donthe soft serve right as it was not that great of service we waited 10 mins for soft serve.

Such poor service at this McDonald's. Staff are super unhelpful and restaurant is filthy. Avoid this restaurant if you can

I went to Maccas with a friend, to catch up by claiming one of their app deals. Having to order on the remote station was a pain in the neck! It took 3 times as long to do, & we both felt their ordering system isn’t set up well enough to handle in app deals yet.

Shocking foiled fish. Old dry and hard. Worse fish burger I have ever had. And no napkin in my bag. Will never go back there!
