McDonald's Karaka

What McDonald's doesn't do flakes!?
Oh and guess what the frozen Coke no sugar machine was broken although the ice cream machine was working, which gets one point

Brought a salad and it was half mouldy kids meal was ok but the staff didn't say a work except for the one that took our order in the drive thru

I ordered from McDonald's Karaka in Auckland on 22nd May around
10pm. My order had 4 burgers and 4 drinks as regular coke. But when I
received my order, instead of coke, I received a drink which tastes like
spirit (bitter), left a dark black stain on the white straw, and smelled like high cleaning alcohol. I have been feeling dizzy right
after taking one sip and having a constant headache. This is my 2nd complaint
about this store, but they always send wrong or damaged order and also lack in customer service and food quality. I would appreciate it if McDonald's take is complaint seriously and takes an
action instead of asking their manager to call. Last time, the
manager called, he just apologized and offered me a free mc pie or something.
You have to understand that you can't offer free food when you are
responsible for putting someone's life in danger.
The head office needs to take strict actions against them.

That maori lady at the drive thu is very rude. The way she talks to cutomers is soo wrong. Dont bring your “M” attitude at work b*tch. She should be working at the kitchen Not at the counter and dont let her face the customers. And looks like mcdonalds even promoted her for being rude. Good job mcdo

Ok. Got to wait quite awhile at times. Need more parking especially weekends ppl park on yellow line from z up to McDonald's making it one way

Was stressed to max traffic soo heavy I stopped in for a settling cup of coffee. Didn't know how to use my credits and this lovely young lady helped me with a lovely smile. Thank you - stress went Coffee GREAT Service EXCELLENT.

Monday morning and wednesday morning we had a mocha from the drive through. The drink was so hot it burnt my wife's mouth badly. The roof of her mouth is still very sore and swollen from the burn. She cannot eat, if she does she gets severe pain. A thermometer is essential for your staff to use to avoid these injuries to customers.

We had an awesome Lamb Roast for dinner and thought we would follow it up with a mcflurry for desert. What a DISAPPOINTMENT. After ordering 3 caramello mcflurrys and 2 apple pies wih icecream we had a desertspoon full of icecream for the 2 pies and the mcflurrys were only HALF full. These things cost us 25 bucks and we feel absolutely ripped off. There was pretty much NO caramello topping in the small mcflurrys and hardly any flake. Anyone would think the workers pay for these things themselves. Someone needs to teach these workers how to give the customers their moneys worth.

If you want your order to be wrong go to karaka McDonald's, 3rd time in a row I've ordered drive thru and it the 3rd time I've been missing food, the place is a joke, no cares given, no wonder the workers there get treated like cause they deserve it, the worst service is ever had, this is the closest take out to my house and I will drive past it from now on, I would advise the same to everyone else, unless you like disappointment.

Self serve terminals in store, a MC cafe, playground and tables for dining.
Service was swift. The place was clean and tidy and if you like McDonald's then the food was good too.

Went in this morning at 9.20. Ordered at the machine and it said to pay at counter. Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. This blond woman walks up to the counter and gets served by the manager straight away then the manger just walks off ignoring me like I’m invisible. I ended up just walking out. Waste of my time

Used to take ages, but recently theyve become really fast, havent mucked up my order once in the last 2 years, my preferred maccas in auckland

Rude service and the toilets was absolutely smelly like no toilet spray even. Never going there again

A friend and I stop there for a coffee on our way to work. The drive-thru is usually not busy when we come through and the service is friendly and efficient. Oh and the coffee is also top notch!

Burgers were messy and staff member at drive through was very rude one morning. Usually very nice and friendly with fast service

This place is full of idiots. Make sure to speak slow and steady so the i.h. C workers understand you properly.

I ordered a breakfast meal with a coffee this morning.breakfast was good the coffee was perfect thank you see you again

Ordered special burgers x 2.no cheese - anaphylaxia a big risk.
Order made up WITH CHEESE.could have killed both young people if not spotted first. Apologies do
not cut it.

Stopped in for a midnight snack, ordered a double quarter pounder, service was shockingly slow and finally some girl wearing sunglasses handed me my food, started driving away and sunk my teeth into 2 patties and a bun, nothing else, so went around again and the service was even worse, how dare I complain about not getting what I ordered, finally I got my burger and was rewarded for my time by getting FOOD POISONING, it was the sickest I have ever been in my life. DO NOT GO TO MCDONALD'S KARAKA!

The service at Drive through is ridiculous. They need friendly and patient staff to manage and not some idiots that have no customer service skills.
