Today, I had an inquiry about Mega Energy and the Internet, and the Lyvie representative was very kind and explained the latest information and what I was previously using. Thank you for guiding me to use it at a cheaper price.
A new promotion came out, but I didn't visit the website often and couldn't remember the contract completion period, so it was helpful because they introduced me with better conditions. I was thinking about moving to another electric company, but I'm glad it was resolved. Good work.

Just swapped to Megatel.like the prices & happy to try a smaller company. I'm technically useless & Norman was SO patient & really helpful. Also, the help I received when I called 'stressed' about something was amazing. Again, so helpful & patient. Highly recommend giving them a try.

JUST DON'T DO IT!
This company is a disaster. It is singularly the worst customer experience I have ever had. I'm unsure how I missed that their prices are so expensive. Their daily charge is over the top. $50 to supply and we use around $5 gas month.
We decided to change to bottled gas. Asked for a disconnection. They terminated our supply but did not remove the meter or cap the gas off so our gasfitter couldn't refit for the gas bottles. Note: They were asked to do this at the time of disconnection. We told them we were going to bottle gas but nobody told me they would not actually terminate the supply.
We were left with no hot water and no way of cooking. Firstly Megatel tried to tell me that I had to call Vector. Vector advised that it was the retailer's job to ensure the disconnection order was placed. More hours on hold to Megatel. They now say they can do it but want $85!
Vector took pity on me and have arranged it for me. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH MEGATEL!
I will be taking my complaint to the Commerce Commission

The place where you can get a free sim that calls to Korea.
Megatel USIM supports not only physical SIM cards but also eSim. This is also a benefit because it is on a half-price event for 3 months!

I am very happy with the Megatel service. The salesperson Bhavya was very helpful with the initial setting up. Internet seems faster and more reliable so far.

The staff was super patient with me when I needed to sort the Internet connection out. I'm usually tech savvy but this process was confusing and he didn't sound annoyed by my lack of knowledge at all.

We have been with megatel for many years, and have recently upgraded our wifi with them as well and are very happy with the service they provide.the wifi quality we are receiving is very stable and fast and the customer service provided is very good, with everyone on the phone very kind and polite.

I call Megal yesterday to reconnect the power and we have waited from 10am till now 5: 30pm. It is still no one appears.
The operator said she will call me back but still waiting.
It is really a ridiculous service;
No start at all! +
