Frank and the team manage many properties int he sites we manage and have found them to be excellent to deal with and very professional. Often the agents we interface with are slack on detail, transient in the industry and really done "get it". Frank has stepped up and dealt with some challenging situations to help his clients and I think they genuinely care about what they do. I like them because they are boutique in size and not too big to give personalised service.

Kristen from MetroNZ, is upbeat, onto it and moves things forward with skill and enthusiasm. I have not met he rest of the team but would guess it flows through.
