Mico Plumbing

Buying bathroom fittings at Mico today was a pleasure. It was our second set of bathroom fittings from Mico. This time for our bedroom ensuite. Lisa was very pleasant and incredibly helpful able to offer suggestions and find solutions to our problems. She understood completely all the processes required to satisfactorily furnish our bathroom and make it a pleasure to use.

Unbelievable!
Spent around 20 minutes this morning talking to one of the helpful staff members - finding the correct copper connectors for my toilet cistern float valve. So far - so good.
Went to pay - was then told that as they were stock-taking, they could only serve account customers! This for a purchase of $20!
Unbelievable! - absolutely no interest in being flexible / making a sale!
Went across the road to Plumbing world - found the correct copper adaptor for half the price - and gave them a good laugh at the situation in Mico!

Walk in to ask for pricing and wanted to make a purchase on the spot but they are too busy for me! I felt unwelcome, wouldn’t recommend this store at all! Not helpful

BEWARE!
Mico Plumbing Lunn Ave referred me David Anderson of O’Neil Plumbing & Bathroom for work on my sewer and bathroom renovation when I went into the showroom. The worst job ever! My bathroom needs to be completely stripped out after his poor workmanship. This is costing me serious money to repair and I have a failed building inspection to prove it! Mico Plumbing Lunn Ave manager Pieter has never responded to my email regarding this issue. Zero is the true rating.

Super friendly knowledgeable staff with amazing customer service, highly recommended! Head and shoulders above the competition!

Words fail me. Worst service in the history of customer service. In fact.no service. One sales lady who had no interest in trade. And the trade side.empty. Walk the isles, search high and low for a human being, and after 20 mins walked out. Could've emptied half the shop. Lucky for you I'm a decent guy, but you're not going to escape the 1 star.

I recently renovated my bathroom and was looking for some nice silver bathroom accessories and I found a fantastic range here. If you are looking for a good range to choose from, you will find it here. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but sourced it quickly for me so good follow up service too.

Although I bought what I need in this store eventually, I was surprise that I can not return or even exchange the products I bought one day ago from this store. It doesn’t make any sense. A brand new Gas Regulator and a washer, can not return or exchange at all. The most unreasonable rules I ever seen.

Chanell was such a nice person to deal with! Most helpful person I have ever encountered at a store in my life! Went out of her way to help me out!
