6Staff are appalling. On a previous project I left the store and got the supplies elsewhere as the staff were surly and unhelpful. Because of their wide range of supplies I went back for my current project and the staff disappeared when I was looking for advice. When I found someone they genuinely couldn't think of any pipe (let alone the optimum pipe which was what I wanted) for a conduit for hot water! A plumbing suppier didn't know which pipe to use for hot water!
The service staff are very friendly and helpful also managed to find the part I was after and at a great price, will definitely be back.
Appalling customer service. I was given the run around to 3 different stores to find a showroom. Finally got there bang on 12. Was hoping to have a quick look shower that I had seen on line. Except the salesman waved he was closed and hid behined desk. I will take my money elsewhere.
Avoid - staff in the front are good - but staff in parts are rude and ignorant and do not like attending to customers
Terrible service, horrible attitude. Especially the old white guy, such a racist.
