4The manager is probably the worst manager I've ever come across, I not a plumber or know what the item is called but I could explain it in detail what I needed. He just got annoyed with me and told me this is all we have and not even looking or trying to find something similar. So I said okay il look for it myself and he left me to do that. When I eventually found what I was looking for he got upset and ask me do I even know what that is then before I could answer him he took his cphone out and took a call and walked away.tall Indian guy (the manager) is so rude and unprofessional. I hope this gets dealt with as I'm not the first person to see and come across this.all the other staff was really good and friendly.
Online order not delivered and unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Trying to get a refund
One of the shop assistants was rude and elegant. When I picked up the part that I had ordered, another shop assistant dealt with me and he was very helpful.
Took my details but never bothered to call me back.unsatisfactory and rude.
