Great communication and service. Got my WOF done here, and received an overview with two repairs required to pass the WOF, and some a list of other issues that may need attention in the future.

Great prices and services over many years, Dan is a great guy to deal with. We have serviced over 3 cars with him for atleast 10 years.

Being able to fit me in at such short notice. Called at 7.30am and were happy to take in my car that day. Constant communication on pricing to continue the job and the bonus of a same day pick up (amazing feeling for a Friday afternoon to have a working car for the weekend!) Couldn’t be happier with the service and transparency around the job- thank you so much!

Contacted Midas Quay Street Auckland to book in for a warrant of fitness. Vehicle booked in but failed warrant for minor problems. I was able too book in a time in the same day to effect those repairs! My vehicle was repaired and sorted with the new warrant all within the same day! Worst services ever. They lied to me they change the new part for my BMW but they just warp it with black tape. My plate: JDE 303. Horrible services, don't ever come here

First-class and friendly service at reasonable price. Went out of their way to source aftermarket parts for my elderly car.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! I Came to them with a minor exhaust issue that resulted in a failed Warrant of fitness. Not only did they sort it that day and cheaper than the original Quote. They also took the vehicle back to VTNZ and got the WOF recheck for me to save me from going back. Talk about going the extra mile Great service! Guys. Dan the Manager is very Professional and friendly. Definitely will go back and use them again.

Dan and his team have always been amazing with their level of customer service and the highest quality of work on vehicles. 100% recommended these guys for all your vehicles services and treating us fairly. Keeping the royalty relationship from the customer are the important way to be a successful business.

Amazing service from the guys at Midas City. They went out of their way to help me. Being a senior finding a good and honest mechanic can be hard, but these guys are now my go to car guys. Trustworthy and they are well priced as compared to others

Friendly and quick service, however poor workmanship. I had Midas CBD fit and balance a set of tyres on my 4X4, and when I came to drive it there was still a significant shake at highway speeds. I took it to a different workshop where they had to remove all the weights and re-balance the tyres, finally giving me a smooth ride. There was also a significant price difference: Midas charged me $35/wheel whereas the second mechanic charged me $14/wheel. I expected better from a reputable mechanic chain.

We've been taking the car for a service and WOF here for a couple of years and the service we receive is always fantastic. Very professional and honest. The car's previous owner also used this garage and the car is in fantastic condition. Would definitely recommend.

The manager, Danny, was so kind, friendly and really helpful. They even didn’t charge us for helping changing our tail break light.

Awesome workshop to deal with, I have been using Dan and his crew to service mine and my families vehicles for some years now.

I always have faith that Dan and his crew have my families safety as his first priority. I have been let down by other workshops before using poor quality products and unqualified people working on my vehicles leading to break downs. These guys have never let me down.

For me, the safety of my family while driving on the roads is tops and i can not put a price tag on that.
