It's been a very good experience engaging Mike as our real estate agent. He started with good ideas of marketing the property, changes strategies in reaction to market forces, keeping us updated in real time of what is happening, reminds us of what needed to be done. Seeing potential hurdles ahead, he has already come out with Plan B, and most of all putting our interest above his own interests. This latter was displayed in the property been sold thru another agent in the same company and he had recommended this decision, which was the best choice for us.
