Mike acted as lead agent in the sale of a small commercial unit we lease. As the tenant we were impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail through that process. In particular Mike listened to our concerns regarding disruption to our business activities and adjusted his viewing schedule to both optimise the marketing of the premise and avoid conflict with our business.
