I must say, I have never had an experience but any company provide a service like the one I was given by Mike and his team.

I now own my own home. I was able to call Mike day or night and was given sound advice (told to shut up and settle down and dont worry unless he is worrying and he is not worrying so chill out). Mike and Julie were a pleasure to deal with.

Having banked with the same bank for almost 15 years, and having never used a broker before, we were slightly nervous about moving our finances and mortgage. However Mike and the team made the process smooth and simple, answered our many silly questions (even on the weekends) and negotiated better rates and a lump sum cashback from the new lender.
