Milford Watch & Clock Repair

I dropped my Swiss watch into Milford Watch and Clock Centre last week. The battery was replaced in 30 minutes and I was on my way. Excellent service and very reasonable cost. I went early and was able to park right outside

Tim & Chris are without doubt “the go to team” for quality watch servicing and repairs in all of Auckland (no disrespect to others of course!).
I enjoy timepieces and have been a regular customer of Milford Watch & Clock for many years!

Took my watch for a battery change. Tim started on it straight away and was done within the minute.
Ended up changing my watch battery for free. Also gave me some great advice.

Dropped in my Timex watch for a new battery. Replaced the battery and verified the pressure water rating (for swim training) within a couple of hours. Exceptional service.

I took my son’s watch in to see if they could replace a broken band keeper. The gentleman found a suitable part and replaced it, without cost. Expertise with a heart. Good stuff.

Popped in here to have a watch repaired. I essentially wanted my watch put together only, so it worked. Was told it wasn't even worth thier time. And they would also need to charge me 400 bucks for a service. My trip to your shop wasn't worth my time. Found another company willing to do the job without the need to upsell s crazy priced service to make money. Please note that not all your customers have the funds to cater for your apparent time and money. I simply wanted my watch repaired not to be ripped off because you value your time. Will never deal with this place and will be sure as a local to let people know this too.

Went to get a watch battery replaced, seemed reasonably priced. I was assisted by a friendly woman who also noticed something floating around against the watch face and took the time and effort to clean it out in case it caused obstruction. Very happy with service and would recommend.

Been to them twice in the last few months (one to get my battery replaced for my clock and second to get my watch fitted) both time 100% customer service satisfaction, quick and efficient and just all around lovely people. Would recommend to anyone needing anything watch related to go there.

Excellent service as usual and i really appreciate the explanatipn of how to use my watch (the salesperson was new when i bought this watch so i couldnt get any proper explanation nor depth explaing).
