Have a shower lining from Millen North Shore and within 3 years it is yellow and all the seals. Beware they have absolutely no customer service. Avoid Millen as they are selling not fit for purpose products. I would rate them O.

They should have fired Ou Li. Useless and doesn't care customer. They sold bad quality product and refused to exchange the product within warranty period.

These people do NOT answer emails (so do not bother sending) and when you phone they do not acknowledge who they are, find if difficult to comprehend & speak English. Perhaps try elsewhere.

If i could put 0 stars I would! Crappy customer service! We were just inquiring about the induction cooker my mom bought in 2012 as we wanted to send it for repair. My mom (as what she usually does) was just explaining the circumstances of use - that she used it only once because she left it in the Philippines - so that they can inform the technician and this crappy Chinese guy flat out said “I don’t care”. Absolute rubbish! I would not recommend anyone to buy from them, lest they want to be treated harshly!
