Based on reviews done with many nurses who utilized MindTree Nursing Consultancy Services, it has come to our notice that the company is not professional. It is a "service" run by a couple of male nurses with no experience on how to run a consultancy firm.

The comments given here are taken from mandatory feedback which is required to be given after the visa "a visitor visa" is issued. There is no truth to them and is superficial. They are not aware of the hard facts as they still have not arrived in New Zealand.

HARD FACT 1: The visitor visa gives you 6 months entry to New Zealand. Within this time you have to finish your CAP training. After this apply the Nursing Practicing License. Together this can take 2 months. After this, you DO NOT get a job. You have to search for a job like any other job seeker in any field registering in job sites like SEEK. If you do not get job within the remaining months you have to exit New Zealand.

HARD FACT 2: There are over 300-600 nurses who completed CAP and are still without a job in New Zealand. Some end up taking whatever nursing job they can in the end. New Zealand now gives priority to nurses who graduates from there. This agency is no where in the scene during this time. They are with you only till you get visa.


The consultancy and its owner Jijo has a very negative feedback in New Zealand with the common complaint being that there is no transparency and queries asked is met with a condescending attitude or snubbed at. The clients are not supposed to ask questions and only are supposed to listen.

Once landed, the clients are promised accommodation. However, these are houses owned by the Indian community which are rented out (1 room). These are no proper accommodation with fixed pricing. This is left at the discretion of the owner of the house and the client forced to accept it. If the clients requests for changes in accommodation it is either "find it yourselves" or "return back from where you came" attitude from MindTree. After the so called "accomodation" is done, MindTree leaves you at this point. You are left to figure our New Zealand by yourself.

It is recommended to not deal with this services and potential clients are advised to check all options and feedback from people who have already dealt with the agents and in New Zealand. It is not recommended to check with clients who are currently is process of application as the feedback is not accurate. Please proceed at your own discretion and if you want to be left by yourselves once you land in New Zealand.

I am Ambily. I would like to say a big thank you to Jijo brother, Firstly, I started my Newzealand process through MWT in 2018 and my DL was expired in 2020. Secondly, in Aug 27th 2022, I got OET and started my Newzealand process with Mindtree. Only because of Jijo brother, my expired DL validity extended to 6 months. Thank God.
