Just got served by Derek in the paint dept. He was rude and unhelpful and sarcastic. But bunnings is just up the road so why would we bother we'll spend our $1000 there

Well laid out store. With a huge range of merchandise for all of we (aspiring, DIYs.)
Prices appeared to be comparable to similar retailers.

Service is outstanding. Theres a Mitre10 Mega closer to where I stay but I travel further for the customer service at Westgate Mitre10 Mega. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Thanks Westgate!

One hour and half in the store and still not being served properly, been to main store, then got sent to trades and from there now at the main store, the attendees were free but noone seemed to have knowledge

Extremely long queues today but checkout staff moved customers through quickly and efficiently.

A went to get materials to carry out a project. A very helpful staff member went through options with me and came up with a great and inexpensive option

We purchased a 6 burner Masport BBQ during lockdown. It was delivered promptly, when we opened it there was a manufacturer defect on one piece that wouldn’t allow us to assemble it. We were all so upset as we had unpacked the whole box and was excited about our new BBQ. We emailed this store immediately, within half an hour Greg, from the store, contacted us and within the hour he delivered the replacement part so we could build our amazing BBQ! Thank you Greg for the great customer service! We will be cooking our first steaks tonight!

Good range & location. I've found that depending on what department, the service is vastly variable due to a high proportion of young employees & so level of knowledge can be lower for some departments. I've always ground the Garden Center to be fantastic in all aspects, particularly the staff knowledge & service.

Great place to get lots of things from. The staff are always friendly and want to help and advise you when you go in. Feels like they want the best for you and are easy to approach for tips and advice. Lots of variety in store and usually have what I am looking for.

I visited for Essential work purposes. Level 4 and no scan in code at the door, got told off for standing in doorway (my fault) whilst looking for code, when I asked where scan in was they walked away. Fork hoist driver was Excellent and wearing a mask. Happy to go back,

I was in there yesterday and I found the vibe was Beautiful. Staff were happy and laughing. One of the Beautiful women at checkouts was even singing along with a song and it was so lovely to hear. A jolly gentleman stopped to offer me and trolley and someone in an isle offered me help immediately. Usually I find “men’s stores” very much hard work. I feel out of my depth. I have been here several times over the years and the experience has been the same. Thanks team. Great vibe.

I was heading for Westgate, wanted to buy some floor tile adhesive. I thought I'd support local instead of Bunnings from across the ditch. I've always had good service from Bunnings, mitre 10 more patchy. Today was good service from Mitre 10 so maybe they ramping up their service to keep local customers really local?

Weird, 9am on a Sunday morning and all the staff are smiling, happy and make you feel like the only reason they came to work was to help you out.

Very large DIY store, plenty of household and around the home leisure items great garden centre
Columbus cafe a real plus when spending time here
