Superb service!

Terrible service. Staff member just stood by watching me struggle with the patio blinds and then almost falling over stock they had blocking the path.

I am new to the neighborhood, I went in there twice on the same day. The staff members approached me and helped me with what I needed. I was really impressed with their service and expertise.

I have been here twice and they didn't have what I needed even though it said online they had the items in stock but their Mangere branch did both times so it pays to phone first saves petrol.

Never consistent with their food. A day before sev puri is excellent and the very next day when we order it looks so different and the taste was rubbish. They apologized and said new staff. But this is the case everytime there is no consistency in their taste and service.

There are so many staff members inside Mitre 10, wherever you are. The staff members I received help from were friendly and very helpful. The lady I approached in the power tool dept searched on the computer for my product, found it on the shelf, and carried it around while showing me to the aisle where I would find my next item.

I used to shop at the mitre 10 botany Garden Centre quit often and over many years, however not any more, the manager Sharon is both disrespectful and unprofessional so will now be going to the likes of bunnings. Palmers and Kings instead.

This store has everything you need for DIY and more the most inexpensive fence paint ever easy access and Parking love to shop here.

Wanted a specific tomato variety and wanted 6 but was only allowed 4 but they did have a good price and click and collect was easy

We went to Mitre 10 Flat Bush and were impressed by the service provided by Seyed. He had extensive knowledge of all the products and helped us find what we were looking for. Great shopping experience. Well done Seyed.

Ordered my trellis, went to pick it up, drove from Tuakau to Botany, the only place that had items in stock. Found out after we drove all the way Trellis not in stock. Well Mitre 10, you need to get your inventory correct as on line it says product available. The young man serving was polite and very helpful, full of apologies. Stated a phone call had been made by someone to let me know this morning. But no phone call was logged onto my phone or the house ph. So a wasted trip. But the very helpful young man tracked down trellis at Waiuku store. I just couldn't transfer credit as its a Franchise. How annoying, I had to pay again and hope someone will credit my Visa for the Botany products. Anyway So I checked on line, again the Waiuku inventory stated out of stock. I rang Waiuku Mitre 10, they had 13 of the items in stock. You would think that someone could figure out a working inventory system for something as big a Mitre 10.

We shopped in the garden centre. The checkout assistant was very friendly and enthusiastic despite the store being very busy.

Helpful staff great customer service and such a great range something for everyone and super affordable prices

Drove out of the way for items listed online as available at this store. 5-5: 30 pick up window, missed call at 5: 01 saying 2/3 items weren't available. Order was placed previous day, enough time to call before the click and collect window to advise items unavailable - not when you're already sitting in the carpark.

Very comical actually truck driver trying too unload but no one could get pasr so had too lift his tray up not a happy man, watched timber fall of hoist, once cleared put on a van which must have been good for the suspension so I told the staff get me out as I didn't want to be on the road near the van, so in these difficult time's it was interesting. All the staff I spoke to were brilliant

Great Disability parking, found 50/50 staff competency, some were good but others didn't give a stuff.

Big queues, but quick delivery of my stuff when i reach there.and not forget awesome deals always

Called the call centre but she didn't know what to do, I can't sign into the 'club'', call centre couldn't help. Time wasters.not worth the 1 star.

This bloke here and his curly headed mate don’t know the definition of communication. Tells me to stay in the truck while he loads it then finishes loading it walks off and not say anything. I couldn’t hop out because of covid reasons, so waited for 15 minutes and no reply until I ask the Indian forklift driver. I then hop out to shut the gate (Class 5 truck).
