A great store, clean tidy, helpful and happy staff.
Columbus coffee cafe in store is great. Good parking, good range of product.

A very wonderful place in which there are all health and agricultural tools and machines such as grass cutting tools and others, in addition to all the needs of homes, companies and buildings. It is very wonderful. You can find everything you need in various fields of life.

First thing in the morning “Visit Mitre10”,
Next minute “ sorry it’s a protocol - can only pay throughout bank card not via oral bank card details? It’s 2023 - there should be all types of options we could opt.

Unfortunately not everyone remember their cards at all time.:)

Staff are great, always try to help you in every way. Price is good and lots of things to choose from.

Staff member in paint department was very knowledgeable and helpful, as was the checkout operator.

Please tell your staff not to discourage people from buying because they thought they know all the contents of the cabinet. Like today, I asked if i can see please the multimeter inside the display cabinet. The staff said, ive worked here twenty years, I know the contents of the cabinet im sure there's no meter there. I said I was directed by another staff member to see you and I saw the meter so its there. We looked at the display cabinet, the meter is there and he kept insisting its not there, the meter. Well its there, it says on the box 'multi-meter'. And staff responded, oh yes it is a multi meter! So please dont dismiss customers that easily. I felt dismissed and not entitled to be served.

It is about time Mitre10 employed people who actually know what they are talking about, I can't remember the last time I had a staff member who know what they are doing.it is frustrating having to waste petrol returning the wrong products.then having to find the right products myself. Today it appears that there is no such thing as customer service, just sell anything you can and don't worry if it's wrong.

Henderson branch staff are always friendly and wanting to help out which makes shopping there a breeze. Thanks again!

Fav and best brekky in west, but as regulars been three times now and cafe not open! Going to start losing regulars at this rate I understand staff probs.but plse get sorted. Six months later.still go there regularly.

Not much on sale even though it was black Friday but they gave me a 15% discount on a spade that was cheaper at Bunnings new Lynn so that's all good. Got a super strong spade that won't snap like the last one

Hi I have been block from using your website, I was trying to add item to my cart but with no success, then it said I was blocked because of a word I used or something I was doing. I searched 15mm water pipe, I had the same issue with the cart thing a few weeks back but just left the site and took my business elsewhere.

Your staff need to be aware that mocking and profiling customers while in ear shot is not a good look for business. Walked out today upset and hurt because I was judged on how I, and other customers looked.

time to start shopping at bunnings not even 1 star

When I arrived at the Henderson shop for click&collect, all parking space was crowded by people. It was only one employee who was serving customers on a counter. It created a massive queue in front of the counter. I had to wait in line for more than half an hour before I was able to pick up my stuff. It’s not a good thing when during a pandemic, you are creating people crowding. I would instead shop somewhere else than your store.

Initially I posted a negative review due to not receiving my order but the lovely Lomi at Mitre 10 Henderson sorted things out for me the very next day. Thanks so much!

Big stores, especially places like this are really hard for disabled people, or even for people with limited physical capabilities to get around. Especially with chronic pain. Made even harder when standing at the trade counter, with one person manning it, and when I asked someone else for help, was told I needed to wait in line. So, I limped away, muttering to myself.
