Fabulous service today when we came In. A young guy called Jake was exceptional in customer service and was extremely helpful, Couldn't ask for better service and glad we bought from here, We also went to Columbus Cafe and by golly the Carrot cake was THE best have ever had and that's saying alot as I always buy it where ever I go. Food was fabulous and the coffee, well done and highly recommend
Always amazing friendly staff, and the cafe is great. Their garden selection is better than Bunnings, with much healthier plants that they clearly take good care of. Only issue is that the main entrance driveway is far too narrow and too sharp of a corner for longer vehicles, such as builder's vans or vehicles with trailers, to get in without taking out any outgoing vehicles.
We went to the Columbus cafe for brunch and it was really good great service and it was so nice to beable to get a small salad and the coffee was good to

Once again Mitre 10 mega service far outweighs that of its competitor. Great knowledge staff that are fantastic to deal with.
Just opened a few weeks ago, so has a new feel to it, everything is neat and tidy. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Since I live down Sth Auckland I usually go to Mitre 10 Takanini or Pukekohe. I was visiting family at Silverdale and went to this new store. Compares very well ie very spacious, well laid out, easy access and plenty of parking. The usual helpful and friendly staff. Very impressive and no complaints. Highly recommend.
Helpful staff, tidy store.found all I was after. My only concern is the stair from the carpark down to the road, I think should have a handrail. I mentioned to the Customer Service Staff member, who said he would pass my comment on.

Great range of products, friendly staff and there’s no need to drive to Albany anymore for wider range of stuff. Highly recommend!
New and clean premises. Carpark needs better roadmarking. I almost got hit on the way in and out from people failing to give way. Visited at mid day and only 1 person on checkout.
Very spacious, clean and neat, friendly service too! Lovely to shop at a tidy new store, cafe on-site is a plus. Catch the sunset sky on a good day.
