Mitre 10 MEGA Takanini

Well what I can say is, when looking for something for the home, Mitre 10 has it all. Customer service is great. But next time I visit I will surely have my Airpoints app ready to roll.

Very poor customer service Especially A man who was doing the bathroom managing was very unkind and unhelpful. I asked him something and he showed me the wrong side and when I came back to tell him again he rudely said and apparently yelled out. Then a woman with a kid asked about shower things like for the shower he send through the wrong way then he when the woman came back she asked again because it was a wrong thing he quickly yelled at her! So I basically reported him to a nicer service and she was amazing to do that report and thankfully the woman with the kid did so! Please help out especially when you outsourced them don’t yell!

Great store with such a wide range of product. The customer service was exceptional, we were very impressed with the assistance we received.
The Cafe here is brilliant. Coffee was hot, scone was too much.its a very welcoming store.

For prime example, the misinformation and miscommunication around a recent $2,400 purchase was just the limit. Friendly people sure, but get the basics right. Café needs a bit of a shake up too.
Not impressed.

My daughter used to work there. We went for cleaning stuff and noticed things have definitely changed from when my daughter worked there.

Mitre10 Takanini is my local, great stuff up in the everyday shopping areas and also up in trade. Customer service here is great.

Very excellent for order and delivery and also wide items to be customized at times, all what to select.

A good nd great place to go for whatever you need House, Garden, Building supplies, Tools, whatever big or small nd friendly service nd staff as well

Amazing customer service.
I was surprised the way ROSS and his team helped me for purchasing my air cooler, which was stalked on the very top aisle. They called a forklift operator and took down the whole pallet for me. Meanwhile they followed real great Health and Safety guidelines as well.
Special thanks to ROSS and a lady with him.

Entire click and collect experience was good. Please ensure you are using the vehicle that you have registered so they can get your stuff ready.
There was a product missing on my last order (I ordered 2 of same item but they only gave me 1 without letting me know).

My wife's order was not ready when we went to collect and we had to wait until it was sorted out

Came in this morning for paint which was tinted wrong came back and got it sorted with no fuss.

I was looking for a Rain Diverter.
This place, as usual I've found, has a more diverse range of products and on this occasion I found several brand products which I could compare.
What more can you ask for than the ability to eye-ball products and compare right then and there.

I usually use the central Auckland Mitre10s, the item I wanted was only in stock at the Takanini branch so off I went. Jodie-with-the-purple-hair in the garden centre gave me the red-carpet treatment! All the staff were fantastic and helpful! Floor staff are a rare sighting in the other Mitre10s so it was such a nice change. Will definitely back!

Great click and collect experience, well run and smooth. The team were friendly and efficient.

That said, it can't replace the weekend walk through experience of going in for one thing and coming put with a trolley.
