Mitre 10 Ponsonby

Not a helpful team, have had to call 6-8 times over a 3 week period for an item that had a 2-4 week leadtime. They never call back, and it is now 5 weeks since I ordered the product. I contacted the supplier and they have the product in Wiri and they were happy for me to go and collect the item, but M10 didnt want to help me and I got given the runaround again and told to call again tomorrow.

My first visit to this store as it was close by where I was. What a great place! Delightful and helpful staff. I usually visit a MEGA Mitre 10 which is very different. Would definitely shop here again. Might be smaller but got what I needed.

The staff here were really helpful and saved me a lot of time by not having to comb the aisles to find the product that I was looking for.

Staff members are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Have many items in-stock. Click-and-collect are also fast and efficient. They have plenty of their own parking spaces. They also have 1 parking space where you can charge your EV, provided by Jolt. Getting out to Richmond Road can be quite challenging depending on the time of the day, as traffic flow on that road is often really heavy.

Nice store. Small compared to other Mitre 10 stores. Nice healthy plants in the garden center. Limited range. I've noticed at every Mitre 10 and this one was no different, staff at the checkout seem bored and dead inside. Maybe swap them around to other jobs once in a while.

Great service. Helpful staff. Super handy location. The only downside is the smaller selection of stock.

It's not complain at all. This place is to small to find everything for construction & building. But staff are friendly & helpful.

Small store in comparison to other mitre 10s but its is close to the city and had what i needed.

Found exactly what I was after (given it was a pretty random bathroom item) and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Had a great experience going there looking to buy a water blaster. We weren’t too sure which one would be best for us so we asked the staff. An employee called Geoff told us everything we needed to know and was extremely knowledgeable. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thanks again Geoff! Legend

Small store. Alot of staff standing around. I purchased a large item and had to drag it to the counter and no staff offered to help. No customer service at all.

Not the right branch for you if you like to browse in peace - I was approached by THREE different employees within the span of 20 minutes and unsubtly followed by another one.

It’s refreshing to go into a hardware store and receive some good old customer service. I’ve been twice recently and both times I was approached by their friendly staff offering good advice on goods that I’ve purchased.

NICE LITTLE store lots of handy helpful staff only problem for me the only thing I went for they didn't have got one or two other bits just needs a few bits more stock

It's a small store compared with many Mitre 10 locations so expect a smaller range available. Still, they have most things you will need in terms of essential tools and garden stuff.

Place has been better stocked with a change of hands, but still a small variety as conpared to the mega mitre 10's, staff are always friendly and helpful

Yes! My Experience was hassle free at Mitre 10 in Grey Lynn, I managed to be in and out of there in less than 10 minutes I managed to find what I was looking for in no time at all thanks to the good helpful staff, All good! Thanks guys. Nova.

Employees gave me a hard time over a legal mask exemption, go to Bunnings they respect legal rights
