Another panel beater asked me to pay 550 dollars to fix the problem but Mr. Dean Glass fixed the problem without any cost. Thanks a lot

When my car was recently stolen and then found with quite a bit of damage, and left in a mess by the thieves. My insurer had my car sent to their recognised Panelbeaters- M J Breen Panelbeaters. I found their staff very professional and caring and I had excellent timely communication along the way of next steps and stages from Harry in the team. I got my car back fully groomed and repaired as promised. I highly recommend them to you for any panelbeating or repair jobs for your cars.

Worst Service

Somebody damaged my vehicle and insurance company suggested me about this place. Take too long to fix the car, when I get it back I disappointed because they fixed car rear tyre wrong size, engine light flushed on when I get it back. I am not happy with their service. Please aware all and find another one.

I had another car reverse into my car. I have been here several times and they are very professional and friendly and my car comes back to me looking fabulous! (Windows are cleaned). My vehicle needed body work and spray painting. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks yet again.

Really upset with their services especially their reception staff thr indian lady id way rude and they don’t know how to fix a car

Great customer service, but not recommended unless you want to visit them 4 times for a bumper repair (2.lost hazard lights 3. Lost interior light 4. Water leaks) and they used second hand parts, respray for replacement, can still see the original colour under sunlight.

I have been very patient with this panel beaters. The service was disgusting and the communication was terrible. Won’t be using their services again.

Very bad service provided. Postponed dates again and again for repair. Didn't do half of repairs without discussing with me and told insurance it's a separate damage. Not recommded at all.

Went back a forth for the same thing. Guy there looked upset when i would bring vehicle in for something that was their falt. For months had elect fault cause they didn't reconnect my electronics properly. Be careful they may give your vehicle to some else the panel as they did mine. Will not be going back. Use to be good when the old man was there but not anymore.

You gave my car to a panel shop nx door to yours. Totally seperate business

Team is excellent. They kept me updated all the times thru repairs. Estimator there is extremely knowledge.
And all the other team members know their jobs perfectly. My car came back as there was no dents ever.

Friendly ppl, great communication, my car was painted with in the time frame. Loan car service was good. I read the reviews and honestly dont understand why ppl discriminate so much of the efforts they do to repair your cars, grow up ppl things do take time.

If you want to make multiple trips and want half work done, this is the place for you. On initial conversation a pakeha lady (sorry forgot name) kindly agreed that they’d look into the error code that started to appear on dash right after accident which was notified them a couple of times to their assessor, indian admin lady (sorry forgot name) while dropping, by email and while collecting vehicle but it wasn’t actioned.

They need to work on their quality check process of completed panel work, as they were almost giving the repaired bumper with noticeable lumps on each side. Upon notifying them they fixed it within a day and provided a courtesy car throughout the full repair period, 2 stars thanks for that.

They did selective listening and did half job (missed electrical scan as previously told them) and almost gave a non QC defective work (lumpy paint job). I’d not recommend MJ Breen.

Good stuff, it's car repairs and they do it right. If there's ever anything I would need to know during the process they tell me, nothing bad I can say about the shop.

It's just so sad that these guys get blamed for silly stuff, you crashed your car, and now you expect the world? Then your not happy with the insurance company so you blame the panelbeaters and now you lack patience, don't drive if u can't handle crashing and waiting for repairs. So sad. Grow up lads, can't just expect yourself to be the most important person with the most important car. Trust in the services and process.

They do their job as expected and are real good, have a loyal customer base too, been around for a hell of a long time too, that's saying something.

Shot breens team!

I had a minor accident which required replacement of the car door in May 2021. Contacted Trade Me insurance and took the car in for assessment. Pictures were taken and I was told to wait for the apt via a phone call. In November, 2021 I started following up with MJ Breen however they kept on taking my messages saying someone will call back. This happened 12 times. Finally, I contacted Trade Me Insurance, very upset at no communication only to be told that I need to be patient. The rep then called MJ Breen who then said bring in the car on following Monday. It took 2 weeks for the door to be replaced. Loan car was too old to drive. Repairs were up to the expectation however MJ Breen seriously lacks customer service. Unless, you have all the time in the world to wait, don’t use their services as it will be just frustrating as mine was. I only went to them as I wanted to support a local business and learnt my lesson!

Back in 2020 My car was serviced via State and AMI insurance through these guys twice. Customer service by the receptionist was terrible and unprofessional. Also They could not stick to their timings, dragging the repair of my Toyota 86. When Finally got my car back. Paint job was terrible and messy and seemed rushed! Also gave me a 2001 Toyota Camry for a courtesy car is this a joke? I have complained to my insurance company but they said to give them another chance but I’d rather just do it on my own! Terrible customer service and job!

Excellent paint job. Bonus was how well the inside of the car was groomed inside out. It wasn't just a quick vaccum but properly groomed. Will definitely go there again.

Very knowledgeable and most helpful through the claim process. Previously had a car repaired and it was completed professionally and to a faultless standard. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

They have excellent customer service. They are well-organised, efficient, honest, and they charged me a reasonable price and showed me exactly where the issue was (failed WoF due to rust on firewall, however, I was unable to see the rust until they located it and found it for me. It was minimal surface rust).
