I had a flat tire and I turn up 20mins to 5 pm and yes they turn me away and said sorry we are close can you come back tomorrow. I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and yes very sad.

Going there tomorrow they better be prepared rip people of made sure one bolt wasn't on properly so it would round the thread bad why do people do that jealousy stuff for not sure was my car better or just ingnorancy from people you pay and don't give a care about, your saftey

I've been going to them for 4yrs now, they're friendly, the place is tidy, and affordable to your budget, they even have Zip (which I use all the time) and OxiPay

Took my car that was towed it sat there for 3wks and they couldn't get it to go but they said it sounds good? Said it had no spark but said it sounds good And to top it off they had damaged my car bumper and try to say it was someone else or me not even poor.service

Saw a good deal in Facebook & it was closer to my place. So i went there and asked about price.the price they told me was way more then online advertisement price.when i showed them there advertisement, then told me those advertisement were old (only a week old).
I am essential worker i travel a lot and my car one tyre was puncher So had no choice.

Moreover Didn't provide the bill of tires only small eftpos slip. (even asked me am i paying by cash before changing the tires)

So don’t believe there price unless you go there. Just to attract customers they show good online, but actually don’t have those tires at all.

Saw a deal on there Facebook made a appointment, went in was told those add were old and had different price tag on tyres. Showed the chat still nothing. Went else where. Very horrible service, my partner went there to get two rear tyres from them and asked for and payed for fitting and balance but when she asked if they were balanced the ignorant man spoke down on her and told her the rear tyres don't need balancing. While she was waiting for the car to be finished another previous customer came back into the office and was arguing was clearly not happy with his service he had received from mk tyres.
All and all I rung the workshop back to ask if the had balanced the tyres and was told that there will not be a vibration from the tyres as they're on the rear of the car even though there was no test drive or anything. Very very poor service and don't know what they're doing working on cars I would highly recommend not taking your vehicle to mk tyres no matter how cheap they may be.
Its a shame I can't do less than 1 star

I replaced 4 brand new tyres + free wheel balancing for $300. All done within half an hour. Great Service

I don't understand why these guys won't do wheel balancing on rear tyres. Even though they charge extra for fitting and balancing. I had to tell them balance all four wheels as I bought four new tyres from them. Also that most people prefer rotation every 10k kms.

One of the most comfortable couches I have sat on. Oh and 4 new tyres fitted quickly at a great price. Thank you gentlemen!

Friendly team. Imran was happy to answer my questions over a phone call, before I came into the shop. Took 30mins to fit my new tyres and am happy with results. Thanks guys
