Rochelle & Devon did a great job of replacing the deck on our front porch and verandah. They were lovely people to deal with and very professional. They came and did a quote very promptly and were then able to get the job done quite quickly too. We will definitely be using them again for other building jobs needed.

Rochelle & her team were great. We were needing 2 walls changed in our lockwood home.one wardrobe being made larger and the wall filled in on the other. Due to the nature of the home being a lockwood it was not a standard job but Rochelle & team researched and handled the unknowns professionally and efficiently. The quote was accurate and reasonable and we enjoyed having them in our home. The communication was great throughout and we would definitely recommend and use MMA Home Maintenance again. Job finished in a timely manner and Excellent communication via Facebook and email. Very friendly and easy to talk to during the initial assessment of the project as well as throughout. MMA was also able to recommend and source the product to be installed after the original item was not suitable. Due to my busy work schedule I was never home but I was able to trust MMA from start to finish.

After getting burnt severely by two different tradies to the tune of $5000.we were really nervous about enlisting another - however the work we needed doing was beyond what we could do ourselves. When I contacted MMA, We agreed on a date for Rochelle to come and view the work that needed doing in order to give us a quote.that went smoothly, Rochelle arrived on time was knowledgeable, and explained their process, and the quote arrived as promised. An absolutely outstanding experience

We cannot recommend Maintenance Masters Auckland (MMA) Ltd highly enough to all. First rate communication; prompt service, going the extra mile and all in an unassuming manner. The service and quality of work undertaken by the team at MMA Ltd at our place was first rate.

We had many areas needing major attention; ie: complete interior painting of all walls, doors, frames and window frames, completer exterior painting of all fences and retaining wall, staining of decking boards around the spa pool area, staining of spa pool, two new bathroom refurbishments including replacements of vanities, toilets, tiled shower, and installation of a new deck on the side of the house (running the full length of the house) - all were different finishes requiring different methods of skills – but the team had all the gear and required experience to undertake this work. Suffice to say our property looks better than when we shifted in 12+ years ago!

So, what makes MMA Ltd shine above other trades personnel well we attribute this to their consideration for the client’s personal effects,  clear communication skills and just enjoying and taking pride in what they are doing. Throughout the process; without hesitation we were kept updated on progress and timing which we felt was critical to the continuous running of our house.

These guys were just superb. So easy to deal with, and they managed to get the new concrete pad down for the spa pool in what seemed like no time at all. Great communication and competitively priced.
