To lazy to make a coffee I think they don't like white people used to make coffee but recently not at all they suck

If there is less than one star, I would give it. Since years now, whenever i come for a car wash, I never found it working. Guys, what is happening to this station. Why it is so bad

Coffee machine down, can't use toilet there. Sign on door says Open 24 hours. No one is there at 4: 35 pm. Not a good petrol station posted 7/2/23

I am very disappointed with my experience at mobil 242 ti rikau drive.

I went at night to buy a bottle of water. I was very thirsty.

It was around 11: 30 pm friday night. This rude staff member in the photo has absolutely no interest in helping me as a customer.

I asked him through the night pay window, what the prices for the water bottles are. He said they are all $5.

I asked him “how about the small bottles? ” He said “they are all $5”

Which is incorrect. He was just lazy to go and check the prices, and wanted to rip me off paying $5 for something that is less. Anyway. I asked him to tell me how many ML or litres the bottles were, if its a pump or kiwi blue brand. He had no interest in helping me, was very rude, lazy, and just said “all $5”

I am shocked with this service from this man!

I have noticed this from others reviews before posting mine that if you have Free Rewards on Mobil App and you wanted to redeem in store, they come up with polite but not convincing excuse not to redeem the voucher/Reward. Like in my case coffee machine was not working.

Extremely unhappy with their car wash.
Exactly a month ago I used their car wash, only my car did not come out clean but rather damaged. The top brush had hit the back of my car resulting in the impact forcing my car to shake and further snapping my stock spoiler off as seen in the photo. It was only still attached due to the brake light wires which had to be disconnected in order to remove it. I had informed the worker who happened to also be the manager and was told their insurance would contact me within 2-3 business days and I of course informed my own insurance of this incident. However a month has passed and neither me nor my insurance have heard anything from their side. We have been trying to get in contact with them every week since but still nothing. I have not even received so much as an apology.
Very frustrated with this.
Do not recommend using their car wash.

I have been the customer of Mobil Ti Rakau for about 20 years. Today 1st of January2022 I went to this Gas station and purchased a medium size cooking gas and swapped an empty bottle and paid by efptos card $38.99. I took the gas bottle home for BBQ waiting to be continued. My son complained and then I realized the bottle was empty and was not sealed. I took it straight to that Indian cashier from India and complained her she gave me the empty bottle and requested her to give the full bottle. She bluntly refused and then I requested for refund so I could buy it elsewhere as I was in the middle of BBQ at my home. I insisted that she should replace or refund. She adamantly refused the refund. She rang her manager who was equally adamant not to refund or replace. He sounded a chinese man and said he was on holiday and cant do any this until he returns next from holiday next Thursday. NEXT THURSDAY? Such a apthetic shit manager and her. The cashier called the Police and complained. I spoke to the Police who said they could not do much. The cashier also refused to return my receipt for payment until the Police told her to do so. I then purchased the Gas from a nearby gas station. If it was a white kiwi customer in my position I am sure the cashier and that chinese manager would have just swapped the bottle without any hassle but alas I am not white man. A Rascist treatment. I still have not got the refund.
These two idiots have no knowledge of customer relationship and harrassed me there for about an hour. Can you please investigate this matter and ensure repetition in future and disgracing Mobils image. And I need my refund ASAP.

Nice petrol station. But if your using mobil app to pay at the car, the bluetooth doesn’t pick up the nearby machine some times. Also, I don’t know why the auto car wash becomes out of service since ages ago. On top of that, guys please replace the air pump. It get malfunctioned quite often. Just a moment ago, the pump was broken and deflated our type. We had to go to Z station to inflate the tires again

Pies are kept in the warmer too long and are hard and unedible most of the time in the afternoon and evenings.
Digital air gauge for your tyre air is faulty a majority of the time. Either not reading correct tyre pressure or in error mode.
Receipt paper for the eftpos at the pump runs out often, which is a pain when you need a receipt.

Diesel is becoming a very expensive fuel to use nowadays. The usual. Hi and thank you from staff.

Bad service by this service station.
I complaint about some issues but no one ever get back to me.

Hired a trailer from this mobil $35 with $20 deposit which you get back on return of trailer. Borrowed for 2hrs 30mins. The entire time I had lost my credit card wallet. When returning to mobil my cards were still there on the forecourt, gas attendant hadn't even noticed.amazed the hell out of me lol! Thanks to the freindly attendant also cheers.

I usually fill up on my way home at night, and I always have a great chat with Shankar, great guy and very friendly:)

I come here regularly and the service is always friendly and fantastic. Shankar is a stand out! Always going out of his way to help

Downloaded mobil app and it came up with free car wash. I specifically came here to use the voucher and girl said I can't use it because it has 7 days left on it so she told me come back other time because they are closing at 7: 00pm unless I pay $22 dollars. What's the point of rewards if we can't use it on convience. So disappointing.

The store female staff gave me the most embarrassing time in my life! I filled my tank yesterday and paid it through the machine. When I was about to cross the road, the female staff knocked on my window and said that i should go back & pay inside! What? I told her i have already paid and I have the receipt. She insisted for me to come back & pay plus people were looking as if I'm running away! So I did went back only to tell me that my payment was cleared! So shocking & so rude!

Terrible customer service. Slow. The stuff hide inside and reluctant to offer service. And also not friendly

The self-service machines were not working tonight. The night shift staff was kinda rude and unhelpful, he was on the phone making the customers wait. Disappointed

Trying to fill up my car and the guy said it was on prepay, how do I fill my car full if its on prepay and then proceeded to not let me fill up the car after I came inside the store, Arpit the store clerk refused service on my car but then went ahead to approve other cars trying to fill up.

He was very rude and said to me I look like i would steal the petrol.

I then offered to pay cash and he told me he was not going to serve me.

Arpit is not fit to handle situations like this.

Would not recommend going here

Always get a warm welcome and service with a smile, awesome job guy's don't change that. And the rewards from mobil smiles card is bloody brilliant
