Only offers threw gas types - Leaded, Unleaded and Desil. Reasonably clean tidy store. One of the older Mobil station dating back couple decades that has yet to be upgraded like others.

On 16 December 2022 only hours after arriving in New Zealand we bought petrol for $80.41 at Mobil Parnell and used our credit card to pay. It was at 20.18 - that evening. At 5am the next morning (17th), we were woken by a text from our Australian Bank to say they had just refused payment for a purchase of over $250 on that same credit card. We spoke to the bank and confirmed we had not charged anything since using the card for petrol at "Mobil Parnell" at 506 Parnell Road Remuera. The receipt records the person who did our petrol transaction as "Kazi". Our receipt number is CI011142186 TRANSACTION NUMBER 1142186. Mobil might consider vetting their staff more carefully in future. On a previous visit to NZ we were scammed by the same method at a KFC drive through window in West Auckland. The same thing happened on that occasion - our Bank called us to check a strange transaction only hours after using our credit card, and had correctly refused payment. Since this latest scam we have paid everything with cash, apart from motel bookings. Be careful travelling in New Zealand as there are plenty of dishonest people who will abuse your credit card if they manage to capture it during a valid transaction. Check your statements carefully in case your bank doesn't pick up suspicious transactions and alert you. Both of our scammers put through their online purchases at 4 am NZ time while we were sleeping. Take care. The one star review is for our bank!

Really bad service. Cant use toilet publicly. Most of gas station they open toilet not only customer but also all the people. Really bad. Staff said with loud voice. Toilet for the customers. I could be a customer but i wouldnt be. Because bad attitude.

Went to exchange a gas bottle but they refused to take the one I had and charged for a new one. They said it was rusty which it was not. Checked with Go Gas and they said there was no reason for them not to take it. Just trying to sell new ones all the time?
Also Flowers after hours left my wife's flowers with them. Can you actually believe that the male attendant took them home but told my wife he chucked them out because she was late picking them up, no call. Initially he denied this to later change his mind and admit he took them home. Flowers after hours credited my wife but I think that gives a very clear indication of the people and management of Mobil Parnell. I complained to the management and Mobil HO but got no apology. My 22 years of filling up there has just ended.

Absolutely horrible experience from Mobil staff. For years we have used the public disposal of cardboard boxes disposal at the back of Mobil. We have always flattened it appropriately etc. No one has ever turned us away from using it and I can say out of experience many people in the area make use of it quite often.

Today 6 March 2022 at 14: 10 the Mobil staff lady comes out shout saying it is private. Not even addressing us appropriately and in a professional manner. I am shocked by this behavior. We have been using it for the last few years. And not once have a sign gone up that the disposal is private or have we been so rudely addressed!

Not going to comment on prices as they change often, but the car wash station is very disappointing and doesn't work well.

The lady at the till was polite and friendly.
The machine is good, the car came clean, no damages.

Bought a gas bottle for my BBQ 22/10/2021 at 3.45 pm. Ask the lady how do you know they are full they have no tags. She said by the weight. Tonight I went to cook dinner and guess what it was empty. Went straight back to Mobil lady said come back next week. How do I know you have not used it. Simply I didn't we had guests for dinner tonight. She wasn't interested in sorting the problem. I needed the gas to finish dinner already compromised. I went around the corner to BP Khyber Pass.
"Simply the worst customer service ever" I'm not far from here but will never set foot in this place ever again. Good luck for the future conducting business like that. Pity I cant leave a zero rating!

Service lady was very surly, rude and abrupt, morning staff obviously haven't had training in NZ customer service etiquette.
Avoid this station unless you want a wake-up call to get your morning off on a sour note.

Every time a bad experience with this place. This time I bought a ticket for a car wash - their middle program - not the basic but also not the deep clean. I went outside and realised she didn’t give me a ticket. Went in again and she insists she gave me one. Then she printed one out but turned out to be the basic program. They always manage to disappoint.

I always have great service at Mobil Parnell. Preeti and the rest of the staff are really helpful and friendly.

I had a very bad experience with the customer service representative here and I don't recommend this place at all. In fact, I now have tried almost all Mobils in Auckland and I can say for sure I will avoid all unless in urgent need. The two cents difference is more than worth it elsewhere.

Also the service station facilities are terrible and run-down, lacking basic customer courtesy facilities such as a bathroom. And we are talking about the most pristine location in all of New Zealand - right in the middle between posh Parnell and fancy Newmarket. This station feels like it belongs in the ghettos in the 80's.

Met the same member of staff twice here and top guy, so friendly and helpful. Always a good place for a coffee or petrol.

Always friendly staff. Helpful when I got a flat tyre and didnt mind me waiting until my partner came to change it

Mobil Parnell is regular site I always visit. Good customer service neat and tidy store and very organised store

Great servo, free air pump and fresh water, parks out back to put a spare tyre on etc. Shop with the usual goods.

Have had regular issues with pumps at this location and when I do, nobody acknowledges you. I habe simply driven off on 3 occasions without pumping any fuel and gone elsewhere.

Everything i would expect.small compact store but with a good selection of cold drinks.
Pay on pump.pretty standard pricing.

Friendly and helpful staff members. The station have a big open front yard with plenty of pumps. Parking area is a bit confusing as they split it into two: limited number of bays at the front, while more are available at the back. Have an automated car wash as well as air pump. Price are quite reasonable, though not the cheapest one.

Pumps don’t work, the software on the machines are incredibly slow. You’re better off going to the BP in New Market.
