Good petrol station love the service always just got ask why does the lady collect our receipts. We ask for them but she just takes them it's got to stop.for welfare people it's cheap petrol but we dont get all our benefits from this place

After being cheated on gas cylinder refills many times (7kg instead of 9kg) I go to the Caltex fairly nearby where it's cheaper plus they zero the scales and deliver the full honest 9kg. Tried to explain this concept to the Mobil attendant but limited comprehension of the fact that you don't just fill all gas cylinders to the same weight. But! Good news is some great Pasifika food is being sold at this Mobil now!

Still your staffs CS skills are not improved and she is not even understanding what we are asking to her, so please let us know are you accepting farm source card payment for petrol at your pump station. Try to replay asap.

Place is very down to earth, isn’t flashy but staff there has been very helpful and fuel price is very cheap.

It is an old place - but I had one of the best burgers I've ever had - grilled BBQ chicken - was great. Cheereful service too.

The owner of this shop is a very hard working lady and she works so hard to keep the shop running at its best. She is very friendly and helpful.

The own lady is the worse person i have ever met, shes very rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend. My shop is about 100 meters up the road but i wouldn't go there. Very unpleasant service.

The lady behind the counter was rude. Found some items of food that had gone past their use by dates. Lady also didn't wash her hands. Was handling other people food after handling cash. Disgusting.

Staff took my company petrol card off me while I filled up my COMPANY VEHICLE that was clearly labeled

If you don't have a smile card. Get one. Saves you money on gas literally. Check your receipt after using your smiles card.

If cheap fuel is what you are after this is one of the cheapest in Auckland. Located in an industrial area it's not flashy or a place to visit for the extras from the shop.

Cramped, cluttered and overall dirty feeling of a place upon entering. Rude, can hardly speak English, bad customer services from the woman that works there that I have ever encountered. Training in CS wouldn't be a bad idea for her. Will not be recommending nor returning either. Worst experience have ever encountered totally disgusted.

When I got to the Mobil my fuel tank lid was stuck in my car. I felt too embarrassed to ask for help, but the lady who was working there was really helpful. Thank you!

I didn't know how much it was going to cost to fill up my car, so i gave the lady behind the counter some money to hold so she would let me fill my car. I went in to get my change and swipe my smiles card, the lady said it was too late. No smiles points and no discount.

Of all the Mobil stations I use this one needs an overhaul. The premises are tired service is average as is the food selections fuel price can be on high side and on occasions it is good. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Repugnant lady, she tried to sell me a tank of petrol instead of borrow me one for 50$, funny her saying has no used ones when clearly was a used one in front of me! I was stuck on the road with no petrol and needed just a tank to drive the car in, just 100m away! I also move recently to Otahuhu, my workshop is 200m away and know what? Won't return anymore to fill petrol or anything! You are just a shame of person
