The 3 night shift boys they make amazing coffee the lady and the guy working morning shift 21-08-2023 they pick and choose who they want to be nice to or look after very disappointed it's a shame to choose and pick who u want to serve well when you signed up to do custom services job boss (management) lady please have chat with them

Stamped my car wash card previously, but decided not to today, because only accepting the app now, guy with a beard was very rude 24th June 2023 2: 55pm.

I don't have a car but I go here everytime I'm walking past they are great people inside and the place itself it awesome

The car wash at this petrol station is rubbish! We paid for the 'Deluxe' option and it left the roof and front of our car dirty and with a film on it, as well as wet (since the air-dryer barely worked). Once we got home, I had to clean the car myself. Definitely do not recommend.

I regularly go here and get a coffee and bit of time out as well as sometimes refilling the car. It's a nice enough place to actually sit down and have a bit of time out while buying something and the staff are friendly. It loses a star as a thing I often bought which was I'm pretty sure medium coffee and muffin for 6.50 recently changed to small coffee and muffin for 8 dollars making it barely any good reasonable saving. That was a shame and maybe a bit disappointing. I will still keep going though and appreciate the rest.

I use this brand, especially the Mount Roskill location. Four stars because tyre pump is not working since long time ago

Needed air for my tyres, but the system gave error, in the process further reducing air pressure. Staff knew it was broken, but did not bother to put a sign up that it was out of order.
Two other Mobil stations around also had broken tyre air systems. Very annoying.

Classic servo got what u need has the energy drinks pies good locals go there love it ask for the special coffee its good

Great if you like paying more for gas then other service stations in the area.

Car wash is just useless (touchfree). Paid $18 for it and it didn't even remove the watermarks let alone the dirt. Will never go for a touchfree carwash again.

I no longer buy petrol from there. Pumps with writing on them in English would be great. (Like they used to be)

Disgusting service. Started yelling as me when I entered the door without a mask. I have a medical exemption. She didn’t even know what a exemption was! We’ve been in a pandemic for 2 years how the hell can you not know! Random people had to stand up for me. How embarrassing. Would never go back.

Not gonna lie but the car wash is pretty bad.didn't wash much and there wasn't much foam compared to other Mobil car washes I've used. I'd go somewhere else if you can.:/

The staff on this time (29/07/2021) 18.54, was not good at customer care. She was looking in such a rude manner while i was walking to the toilet after filling petrol with my debit card. As a customer people can use toilet at any time. I am a Mobil customer for 2.5 years. I never come back to this petrol station again. These type staffs making bad effect on such a good company. Thank you

Did a car wash for $18 today around 12.17pm. Very unsatisfactory wash as the dust and dirt remained on my vehicle. Attendent was not helpful at all.
I m not happy at all.

Staff is usually nice, but the older lady who served me today was super rude! Will only go to the one up the top of dominion and mount Albert, far superior service. Not likely to return.

For the 3rd time I have gone to get petrol and am told it is prepay. When I go inside and say there is no sign to specify that, they say it is at their discretion as to whether customer looks trustworthy or not.
I am a late 50's Dominion Rd business owner who fulls here every week. It is entirely dependent on the staff member, while I was here over a dozen other customers filled up without having to prepay. Will not be returning for this rubbish customer service.
