29A snail & sloth could move faster than the staff on shift when i visited.staff unproffesional and not very helpful.
Small station. Very difficult to gain access to the pumps. Pure chaos when you see one customer having trouble with the pumps it stuffs up the entire process for everybody.
Small station. Very slow and difficult to access. And coffee sucks! I would rather want a double refund for my two coffees. One for a terribly tasting, warm-cold brewed coffee and second refund for spoiling the taste of my mouth! !
Gas station with mechanical services helping the people to fix the problem. Very good customer services
A lady at the counter was very nice and she taught me how to use self service machine. Plus good discounts $0.10/litre and I always receive an email in advance.:)
A good petrol station with good facilities like air and Gas cylinder exchange. Good staffs but they always insists for prepay to fill the tank. Earlier it was inconvenient but now they have a kiosk to pay at the pump itself.
There are places, that I sometimes use through necessity, that consistently give me a bad experience. This is one of them. It can be difficulties with getting the pumps to work, confusion at the till and ordinary communication problems.
While filling the truck with gas I used the loo. Walked through the door to the bathroom and locked the door. While otherwise engaged there was a loud pounding on the door. When finished I walked out. The staff member rudely and obnoxiously demanded to know why I locked the door. (Yes it was the outer door not the actual toilet door.) I replied that I locked it because there was a lock on it. He said that this lock is for staff to use and he will call the police. Terrible customer service.
Rip off merchants! Charged my card double and every time I have been in to query it, I get told to come back when the manager is in but she never is. Not returning calls either! Very frustrating. Update I have got my money back after a lot of drama. Staff are poor communicators.
