Always efficient staff and friendly. Though today I used the air machine to put air in my tyres and it is faulty. So do check with staff before you use that machine as it gave me a flat tyre.mind you the lovely tyre guys down the drive a sejparate business fixed it for me.

Mobile app is 10c discount but in reality it is 6c diacount, paid 50 but just the pump stopped at 43 dollar

Great petrol station positioned on the edge on Mount Eden town centre. Couple of absolute guns behind the counter managed to upsell me into one of the new Monster Iced Coffee’s…. Credit where credit’s due. I’ve got to say…those things have quite a bit of punch if that’s what you’re into!

Worst Mobil station ever! There's an Indian lady who works there that refuses to give cash when you want to take cash out every other station offers this. She lies about how there is no cash or if you want decent change she says there's not enough? Customer service is terrible.

Quick and convenient. Good place for filling up your empty petrol tank. Located in city central and just where you needs it the most.

No coffee on a Sunday morning at 10am with no explanation. Bleh. It's Mount Eden and you don't provide coffee during the morning?

Needed air for my tyres, but the system was out of order. At least they had a sign up that it was out of order.
Two other Mobil stations around also had broken tyre air systems, but without even a sign. Very annoying.

I was extremely offended by the manager.she accused me of manipulating my Mobil coffee card.she said the stamps on the card were not from Mobil.and the proceeded (what felt like a interrogation about where I got the card stamped and refused to redeem me a free coffee.why the heck would I waste my time for a $5 coffee.the day before this insult I filled up my 3 family cars at Mobil spending over $500.never again will I spend a cent at any of your stores.how dare you insinuate I'm dishonest.you more or less called me a liar and a cheat.shame on you.choke on your coffee ZERO STARS

I love Mobil Mount Eden, it's got everything you ever need! I have been going there 11 years now and always such great service. Big shout out to team members Sachin, Sukhi, Haresh and Rose always very helpful and working hard to keep customers happy. Fantastic coffee at a great price too! Lots of tasty snacks on offer too

Had an issue with one of the guys working the night shift there but the manager and employee on today (will update with names when I can) handled it so well and were so respectful and handled the entire situation extremely carefully. That is how customer service is done! Thank you to the two lovely ladies for taking care of this in a professional manner and making me feel respected and not deter me from using the services provided by you guys.it really goes to show that the actions of one person does not reflect on the hard work and effort applied by the rest of the team.
