Very busy, inconsiderate drivers leave cars at the pump then go inside to pay with card on a busy day.

GO TO CALTEX INSTEAD - ITS CHEAPER AT CALTEX AND BETTER. THIS MOBIL IS ONE OF THE WORST PETROL STATIONS IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. The staff and service is disgusting here. Read the other 1 star reviews lately. Harsham is a terrible manager, would not let me fill up the tank even when I came inside and showed my face and even put down more than enough money to fill tank, instead he said I had to prepay.doesnt make sense, i want to fill, I dont know how much itll be.but instead would not let me and I went to caltex which was cheaper anyway, what a waste of time and in the end Mobil missed out on me filling my tank.congrats never coming back, terrible management and I would not recommend here. I would ask for this terrible manager to be reviewed for his work as I'm highly dissapointed

Great experience. Manager was busy doing something important behind the counter whilst I was standing at the wrong till (my view of the active attendant at the other till blocked by merchandise). Instead of fobbing me off to the other side, she paused her work and quickly processed my bill before going back to her work. It was clear her mode of concentration had been disturbed but she gracefully handled it without saying anything. Really excellent customer service, thank you!

9.12pm 16/12/22. Visited to fill up and buy a snack and a drink. The Shop assistant has awesome customer service and great at dealing with the store full of customers.

Really bad conversation with the night shift staff, she’s an Asian lady, I’m waiting for the gas for cooking my dinner, and she was keep saying that after 6pm she can’t leave the counter. That’s not good service, so upset

It is my complaint for night shift staff's especially a lady over there. She is totally non cooperative. This is second time when I tried to filled fuel in my car. She did not switch the pump on and I went inside, ask her to switch it on, I am waiting then she switched it on. She told me due to your cap you were not visible. That is not right, I removed my cap and waived. And just infront of Lane 7 and 8 camera is also installed. It is her negligence and non professional behavior towards work.

Extremely non cooperative night shift staff, came to get my car washed and when I requested to stamp it on the app he told me that's not possible as I had already paid and with a bad attitude been coming here since the day it opened now I have to rethink my options

After complaining about car wash last month for the wax amount, we were promised a complimentary car wash next time from Mobil station representative, when we visited them again for car wash they denied complimentary car wash, suggesting there is no problem with previous car wash and said they never committed for complimentary car wash.

Really friendly staff, especially one young guy don’t know his name but always super helpful and friendly to everyone

After I petroled my car, the battery got flat.
I asked staff and he brought his own vehicle and jumed. It was busy time but they were very supportive!

What can you say about a big area of concrete and many rows of petrol pumps? The shop was all shiny and a gorgeous lady took my money. It's another Petrol Station and they has gas a the right price for me today.

Matt and his team are the friendliest, happiest petrol crew around. I go out of my way to fill up here. Best service best prices.

I had breakdown and stopped this place for a couple of hours until the problem was solved on Sunday. The guys came and asked us "Are you ok? " Then I explained the situation. After that the lady came and offer us a coffee for calm ourselves down. They are very kind. I would give 10stars if I can. Thank you very much and your kindness.
