Will complaint to Higher Management of Mobile & Fonterra Group. I will never visit this station again.

Worst customer service. A staff member “Sunil” too rude. I have been a regular customer of Mobil Titirangi for the pas 5 years and have never experienced such service. Won’t be coming back anymore!
Date visited: 29th September 2022 at 12am - 12: 30am (after finishing my shift at work I went to fuel up on my way home).

I was so shocked that their Express car wash only use water to clean my car, no soap, no dryer. My car get all those when I wash in other gas station with the same fees

These clowns won’t let you fill up your tank on a Saturday afternoon then walk inside to pay cash? I asked them through the speaker to please start the pump but they say “use your card” even after I explained I want a full tank then will pay inside? No common sense or manners.

You can pay at the pump, I like that. They don't have windows washers by the pumps and I don't like that.

Spacious petrol station with car wash facilities. But prices could lower like other neighborhoods gas stations.

Clean and tidy pump. To u have staff to assist inside the counter. Beautiful coffee (many flavors), subway inside the premises. Most of the time you find 2 staff assisting the customers. Touch free washing, ranging from $14 to $20. Air pressure for cars or any vehicles. Easy in and out to the pump station. Fuel prices displayed all the time. Register for Mobil smiles.

I am a regular costumer here but they never let use toilets i don’t know why they hv toilets if they never wana let use anyone

I'm a regular here because it's local. One staff member short changed me 5cents with the discount. I always use my card when he serves me now and never cash. I have a low opinion of him. I call him the creepy guy.
Very happy and trusting of all the other staff members. They do their job well and give the correct discount always.

Always open with wonderful staff, only go here for my points which gives me great discounts on petrol and food alike.

Hate it their. They have no water pots, brush to scrub windscreen, nothing at all, bad customer service too.

Having Coffee since last two weeks it was very good in taste served by ZAHRA. The customer service was really good.

Visited today for a Coffee this morning, its was just amazing and a perfect coffee, its the best coffee around Glen eden.

Great petrol station, good location, nice carwash, friendly staff and overall a good place to fill up.

This is the closest petrol station to where I live. There wasn't enough gas in the tank to start my car so I walked up here to get some. I was told that they didn't have a loan gas container and that I had to purchase one. I was angry that they were profiteering from people's misfortunes. Will never go here for anything!
