It's an ok place to get petrol from here. Just the day I came had a bad experience. New person on the counter tried to claim that I had not put the pump back up yet the pumps are on prepay. I just got to the pump and walked in to pay with cash. Tried to tell the guy that but he didn't listen. Had to raise my voice to say that the PUMP is on Prepay so how could I pump gas into my car. The person who was training the newbie was too busy on his phone to know what was going on. Just need better customer service at this gas station

I like that there is an air hose and Vax conveniently placed together near to the carwash with it's own carpark space.

Staff always friendly. The gas station I mostly go to when I'm in the area. Staff always friendly.

Toilet closed at 8.30pm. They put some chair and table to secure it. Why do we even do that? Why not fix the problem immediately. Is that a service station or inconvenience station? This is not it, the cashier allowed some other person, who seems familiar to him to use the toilet but not me. He definitely has no tools in his hands to fix it. Is this racism, favouritism or what?

Do not wash your car there, you need to rewash your car again. After washing my car there i cant see through my windshield and i tried wiping with tissue and white tissue turn into pink tissue, the colour was all over my car

Worst experience ever, cashier swearing at me for asking about smile card discount.never going back to otahuhu mobile only because of cashier that was in today at 2.15pm.pathetic customer service and sweating.

There is a problem with the quality of the diesel. After adding two tanks of diesel, the engine does not run smoothly, and it starts to shake when the speed reaches 60 km/h. The first tank of oil is better after adding additives. It gets worse after the second tank. After changing to another gas station everything went back to normal. Will not go again.

Petrol stopped pouring approx half way through the amount wanted. Staff couldn't or wouldn't help.

I love topping up fuel for my vehicles with very friendly and helpful staff and very well equipped

Thank you for your comments. We are short staffed at the moment because of the holidays. The cashier has been working extra shifts and is stressing. The shop upkeep has also suffered. We agree that the staff members cs skills and English both need improvement. She is now enrolled in classes for both.

I was welcomed by staff warmly and explained about the new rules. I appreciated the good customer service by the staff. The site was clean and the fuel was cheap

Bad phone manner. Asked a question and got hung up on. Shocking customer service experience. Seriously need better employees at these service stations.

Customer service is shocking. The guy who works in the night shift (Indian decent) he is having an attitude towards customers! Very unprofessional indeed!
