Went into there to make an inquiry about getting my car fixed and as I left the 2 women in reception started talking about me, if they have so much time to gossip they should find work around the place, a bit of exercise would do the old gossips a world of good

I got my 2010 X-Trail repaired here for panel damage caused in an incident which was covered through my insurance. These guys told me 10 business days and they got all the work done on the timeframe advised as promised. The work done is top notch and they cleaned the car inside and out before handing back to me saving myself a job. The vehicle looks immaculate inside and out and I am stoked, looking brand new in my whip. The ladies at the front desk were also very lovely and always called me back with updates as they promised. Cheers guys, I am very happy and will definitely come back if I need any future work done.

Hands down the best panel beaters in town. Only downside is that there is a long waitlist to work through. I dropped my car and given a pristine loan car. The repair was done within a week and I’ve promptly updated on the progress. Staff was friendly and the whole process was stress free.

Poor quality job on my bmw e92 335. This review comes a year late cause at the time I had bigger life problems. The job was to fix a rear end collision for my car that was only 4 days old (to me) when crashed into, some of the problems with the job were that the sealant they used look like it was applied by a 5 year old, the trim was left with the clips and screw covers in a bag and the number plate wasn’t installed correctly causing scratches, the amp which is also placed in the boot of the car somehow has come into contact with liquid and the boot will leak in heavy rain, they also took 5 extra days to finish the job then quoted from the drop off date (waited 3 weeks prior for parts before drop off) the charge for the repair was covered by insurance but shockingly high even for a euro car $4.5k+. I also took out a Mazda demio as a loan car which had been stolen the same day and recovered by them the next not saying they did it just another gutting part of the experience. If your euro car is your pride and joy or you care about the work you do just go to another panel beater. I only went with them because they’re verified by my insurance… what a let down.

I want to thank Management and Staff for the care taken with my car. I would recommend them to anyone needing paint or repairs. They were very courteous and professional.

Great service and repair looks like new. Even cleaned and washed the car which was an added bonus as it was a bit messy after a few long weekends away. Thanks team!

These guys are very good at what they do. Had my rear bumper fixed and replaced, and it took much faster than what I had been told. Bumper looks better than new and they've even cleaned the inside of the car, washed and polished the outside. Service and communication were one of the best I've also received. Probably best panel beaters in west Auckland. Highly recommended

I had my car fixed here, really disappointed about the customer arragement service and new manager and their system. After your deal is all set, the manager doesnot wanna
his staff to waste any second to improve the arrangements for your best interest anymore.

Moselle Panel beaters is a very worthwhile place to take your car to be fixed. The staff are very friendly and helpful as they do an amazing work within the finished product with the car. Looks like new. The staff gives a realistic timeframe and if there is a courtesy car available they are helpful. Excellent service.

Great service from the team at Moselles, my rear bumper needed replacing and after ordering it in it was done within a day. The loan cars are booked out up to a month in advance and do come at a cost but that aside the team do a great job.
