More than 1.5hours waiting time even when appointment was booked 3 weeks earlier! Pathetic!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unpleasant Experience with Receptionist

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to the hospital on 16 Oct '23 at approximately 3: 35pm. I encountered an incident that left me deeply displeased and concerned about the professionalism of your staff.

The receptionist on duty, whose name I don't want to disclose for now, exhibited rudeness and insensitivity throughout our interaction. However, the most distressing part of the encounter was when I was asked to remain inside the restroom with my daughter for 15 minutes as part of the COVID testing procedure. This request not only seemed highly unorthodox but also raised questions about the hospital's testing protocols that forcing me and my daughter to stay in a very unhygienic place.

I believe that such a directive compromises the dignity and comfort of patients and is not in line with the standard practices for conducting COVID tests. This experience left me feeling humiliated and concerned about the overall quality of service provided by the hospital.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure that no other patient has to endure a similar experience. Additionally, I urge you to review and reinforce your staff's training on customer service and appropriate conduct.

I trust that you will treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to address the issues raised. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Worst service ever
They don’t know how to prioritise pairents
2 year old has to wait for 4-5 hours for seeing doctor and even 2 year old has to wait for 2-3 hours for seeing nurse

This is the first time that there has been excellent service at this doctor the receptionist this morning was so lovely and polite and very informative she was patient and kind which is appreciated when coming to the doctor. I have requested my ongoing medicine prescription and I personally went to clinic I have talk to receptionist to ask my prescription. She did order my prescription to doctors and she said to me once ready you will get text. After 10 days I did not get the text and I ask today and they said we can't see any prescription requests. I don't know what said here. I am with this medical center since 1995. I don't know. Thanks to all staff and doctors.

If there was a 0 star rating I would've given that.

Doctors are meant to listen to your symptoms and ask questions to complete a correct diagnosis. At this clinic this doesn't happen, instead doctors listen to one sentence and jump straight to conclusions and the treatment prescribed is far from effective. You get the feeling that they want to see as many patients as possible, to get paid more?

I've been a patient of this clinic for the past 20 years and their medical performance has deteriorated so badly.

Most unprofessional doctors and centre ever. Doctors don't show up, no message, or call or any notification given to you, you just end up waiting there like a fool. Even reception won't tell you anything.

I just meet one of wonderful receptionist named aaryan.she was so professional and humble. I amazed with her skills.very helpful and such polite person.thank u aaryan for your wonderful coustomer service.god bless u and keep it up this good work

The ever worst receptionist i have met how rude and careless she was
I had an appoinment for my 5 month daughter's vaccination and we alreday there before 30min and last minute said they have to cancell the appoinment due to nurse was sick
How its possible they only have 1 nurse to the whole centre and no body cover her position. Very rude and unrespectable receptiona team when i ask to talk to your manager she/ He was not there then i asked who is incharge here then they said Nobody.

They saying on notice board they are open at 8.00 am but actullly they did 8.30

Poor patients are 1/2 hr waiting with bad weather at outside no one concering

We need to report this centre to the ministry of health as soon as possible

This is worst clinic I ever come cross they don’t care about patients at all, all they do is sit there ask questions and they say we take only emergency patients what kind of emergency patients they take I don’t know even though there is no one in the waiting room. They will advise without knowing the patient condition, you can go to pharmacy and get the medicine. Pharmacy will ask questions once they know about your condition then they say sorry you need to see doctor by the time everything is closed so you come sit at home with the same symptoms and suffer.

Indian doctors, they are hired racist staff.only colored indians at this place, not one white doctor, it hurts, to go there. As Rakesh, said, really racist staff, reception and doctors.

Worst experience, the receptionist was too busy on the phone trying to get something delivered to her house ignoring the line in front of her, I came to get a referral for acc due to a injury when I first saw a doctor he rudely advised me that I should get a desk job has chosen to incorrectly fill forms to the point where I’m having acc calling me saying he keeps filling it out wrong.these guys are rude! Very unprofessional highly would recommend not going here

Don’t bother going here, they care more about collecting money than your health. ALL STAFF; complete incompetence in every bullet point of their job description. Anyways, I don’t understand why this clinic is still up and running. Don’t even get me started on its contact centre ‍️ Trash everything.

Lady on the phone that we called to book an appointment was very rude and un-professional. Not taking any names but she said the GP that i have booked for will only be available in 4 weeks! Which is shocking! How is this center still open, functioning this way? Have even followed up re the request with other clinics and apparently nothing was put through! Very disappointed at this stage! How is this clinic still running? My advice would be to go elsewhere!

Loooooong as wait to see a doctor. Big and almost new building. Getting
appointment from your chosen GP is near impossible. Unless you predict you are going to be sick 4 weeks in advance. Walking appointment only seen by one doctor even the waiting list is 100 in it. So so bad. I am moving and not suggesting it to anyone.

Long time waiting even not many patients ️ I waited for one end half hour just to get tateness injection ridiculous service

This clinic doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Clinic opened at 8.30 when on their notice board and their website it says they open at 8am. That's the first deception. Than be rest assured you wait a minimum of 6 hours. Service is seriously pathetic. Receptionist staff play dumb. Ignorance is their motto. Nobody here have any sense of urgency. The bulk of doctors have an appointment based system so forget to be seen until you are dead.

Arrived at the clinic at 7.50am for walk in, clinic suppose to open at 8am. There were eight of us in the queue. The first in the queue knocked on the door at 8.03am no one came to the door, receptionist comes out at 8.10 and tells us that the doctor is not here and we will open at 8.30 or 9am. How ridiculous, they could have opened the door for us to at least get in and have a seat. But no, the door got opened at 8.18am. This is not the first time its happened to me when i did walk in. Its really sad how this clinic works and you have to sit for couple of hours to see the doctor. Not a happy patient.

New Zealands worst medical center I've been to so far receptionist using land line to her own use. And they don't mention the wait time we've been here for almost 1and half hours and coming in for an immergency and once you ask them the will tell you that you have to wait they are so fast to get the money of you then don't care at all during my entire wait time I haven't seen anyone is been taken in to see the doctor

Generally I've been to a few doctors places but all are the same this is what happens when you are hourly paid
