Very Poor customer service by somebody called Scott. I am a trade Account holder and a very regular customer with you guys, was disgusted the way this person treated me over the phone, I tried to give registration number to help him get the parts, the reply I received was" Did I ask you for the registration Number? Attitude man change that~!

They just need simple clue of your vehicle.they will give you the correct parts. Little bit expensive.
Awesome service

Good fast service, and they know their parts. They are friendly and helpful. Good parking space out the shop. The engine mount I was after was brand new. I guarantee they are the cheapest with the most reasonable price, and probably the only store that I know of that specialises in Engine mounts.

Awsome helpful fast. Spoke with Kevin from penrose for a intake pipe for a 3L engine. Brought it at 8: 30AM had it arrive at 3: 30PM same day. Less than 12 hours from purchase its already installed on the old girl. Bloody awsome highly recomend these guys.

Great staff highly knowledgeable and honest. Had problems with my car and went here to ask for mounts, they could've sold it to me but they helped me check out my car and found a free fix. They were honest and genuinely great.
