The service I received in a prompt courteous phone call from Phil, collection time to suit my working daughter, and delivery time at exactly the time Phil had said it would be delivered was excellent. I couldn't fault the entire service in any way. The whole process was much faster and easier than having a package delivered by a courier service or the Post Office!
