Excellent service. Dawn was outstanding. We ordered our blinds to be shipped overseas. The lead in time was 10 to 15 working days. Our Order was ready and shipped to our freight forwarder in exceptionally fast time, well inside the 10 days.nothing was too much trouble. Well, it started off on an even keel but there were a few hiccups which meant wasted time and some frustration. In the end the blinds are good quality and Mr Blinds are a good company to deal with when the seas get a bit stormy

Measure, quote and installation was all quick and easy. Every staff member I dealt with was great. The finished product looked great. What isn’t great is that less than 5 weeks later one blind fell off the bracket, luckily my baby wasn’t playing on the floor nearby. It took a bit out of the window frame. Maybe a faulty product it happens but what annoyed me the most was that I called and was told I’d get a callback about the repairs and I’m still waiting. The blind is on a window to a master bedroom that now my whole apartment complex can see into which means the bedroom is now only good for storage until the blind is fixed.

Well Priced and a lot of options to choose from as compared to Number 1 Blinds. Highly recommended
