Have used Mr Glass a couple of times and found him to be helpful and friendly. Will definitely use him again.
Luke came out promptly, and fixed our broken window efficiently and at a reasonable price. Good communication re when to expect him so I wasn't left hanging around waiting. I would certainly use him again.
Doesn't read texts or updates you on what's happening then abuse you when your not home or needing his services. Years ago a very pleasant person to have known
