I have loved my Mr Rental experience! Called early in the week to organise a bed, immediately I had the paperwork and they delivered it on the day as required. I had to change the time 3x (out of my control!) and they were so lovely and accommodating.

Not only that - the bed is of superb quality and outstandingly comfortable. I don't want to give it back!

I needed a few basic pieces of furniture for my new home. I contacted Mr Rental. I must say that right from the first interaction that I had with them over the phone with Julie to the furniture being delivered over to my home by David and Corban, it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was a thorough professional, and the service given by them was absolutely fantastic. I found the prices also quite reasonable and the quality of furniture given by then is also extremely good. I wish them all the very best and thank them for all their help. Will not hesitate to take their services if I need it again.

Great service from the initial call to Julie trying to find a fridge to fit a difficult space, the easy sign up, and then through to the friendly and helpful delivery team. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, great product and cost effective. My husband needed a lazy boy lift chair for his recovery, the chair is brand new. Delivery chaps delightful ensuring the chair was in the right spot. Congrats Mr Rentals Team you are fabulous.

Excellent service, advised when they would bring the washing machine and turned up on time. Took out the old machine as that was broken and needed something immediately. Very knowledgeable on the product. Lovely person to deal with. Would use them again.

Excellent customer service. Delivery took place when arranged. Unfortunately the washing machine wasn't operating very well. A quick email resulted in a prompt response and a serviceman was available to arrange a replacement without delay. Highly recommend, very professional!

We needed a temporary fridge while parts were ordered for our current fridge which had recently broken down. I looked online and chose Mr Rental Central.

The admin and delivery team at Mr Rental Central were fantastic.

Mr Rental was affordable and had next day deliver available.

When I rang Julie she was super friendly and clear over the phone. She detailed pricing, delivery and paperwork so no surprises.

We had confirmation texts when to expect delivery the day before. David the delivery driver arrived on time to deliver and pickup a couple weeks later. No Fuss, nice guy!

First time renting a fridge due to delay in shipping for our new fridge. The team at Mr Rental were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with; service was excellent, they were punctual with delivery/ removal, and accommodated timing that worked for us. They masterfully navigated a challenging staircase without a scratch and were very considerate of the property.

This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with; amazing service. I hired a washing machine. Mine broke down when I had AirBnB tenants and had to replace it in a hurry, which they were able to do. I ended up keeping it for a while then when I sold my property they were also able to pick it up at short notice (called them after 5pm on Friday night and they picked it up Monday morning). Every dealing I had with them I was impressed, and I have high standards for customer services having been in this field for years. Will definitely use them again.

Hired furniture before lock-down period when i came back from overseas, returned it last week. Found Mr Rental very easy to deal with, friendly staff.
