Useless, unprofessional, phone manner is disgusting it’s like they don’t want to work when even when asked a question fully booked with no other option given

Staff lack of training and not professionalism.
Waste of time and staff has no knowledge.

Very unprofessional - were asking for details of patient's illness in reception! Seems to be common practice with all patients which violates privacy.: (

This is the worst clinic in AKL. It's so hard to contact thier GPs & pathetic customer service.

Hard to get appointment. Even if get appointment they are always running late. Waiting time too much. Please don't go to this place. Waste of time.

Pathetic service! They take alot of time to even answer the calls! They should definitely work on it! Alot of important is indeed needed. Also should get the appointment system which can lessen the waiting time.

My experience here was very good because its simple and straightforward process. Wait time is not that much. Updating and follow up process is fast with doctors. The receptionist Radha is also very informative and helps you out with any queries that you have. Definitely recommend this clinic.

If possible to give minus 5 rating I would have given to this clinic. If you want to be treated with respect, dignity and feel cared about, please do not come here! The attitude of receptionist name Radha is extremely rude and bully even she doesn't know how to speak and deal with patients. The way she behaves it feels like we have been living in the third world country, not in NZ. That behavior of Radha made me more sick for all day! Long waiting time to see a doctor are issues for this practice because management is extremely greedy for money and been enrolling new patients without being thinking about how they would look after these patients.

I am shocked by disgusting and rude behavior from receptionist name Radha. Too many patients have been enrolled into this practice by poor management, it has been very hard to get proper services and treatment from this.

They never answer their phones and were rude the whole time I was there. I went for an ACC injury straight after it happened and despite the fact that I was bleeding and in 8/10 pain it took 40 minutes for someone to see me. The receptionist took 15 of those minutes to fill out an ACC form and was giving me attitude the entire time. The nurse thought it was a Saturday even though it was a Thursday and didn't know how to check if the bone was broken and they didn't listen to me when I was telling them details about my injury.

Anyone wants to experience worst customer service for a unwell person you go to this medical Center. If someone comes in with a stressful situation i can guarantee you these people will blow their stress level to the best. Never seen so poor customer service from anywhere else

Sent a friend for a titanus injection in the afternoon. It took 2 hours from start to finish. He was asked to wait and wait. So think twice before entering this centre. I heard similar stories before but my friend experienced this time around. I said sorry to him as I suggested him to go there.

Nicest receptionist radha, walk in no appointment easy made my day i feel much better after seeing doctor even without medicine

Again faced same issue with receptionist. He replys very rude. Seen amways polishing nails and not replying when people speak to her.

I been to this place so many times and I must share that it was totally different experience this time. I think this place is under new management now, not totally sure though. But they have changed the reception lady and this time the lady who served me was the kindest soul. I never had issues with doctors but the previous reception lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m glad that they reviewed this part of business and things are looking much better now. Great start guys.

Waiting time is just crazy even for baby's immunisation. Doctors go home early sick with no one else to cover. If you are sick, be prepared to spend your whole day here. Walked into clinic today to get our baby's 5 month immunisation, was told babies registration has expired, we filled the forms on her last visit! Had to keep asiing how long until she gets her injection.

Very bad please can some put more doctors into this Sandringham healthcare? Very bad experience people have being waiting 3-6 hours before seen by 1 doctor. Only 1 doctor, and should need more doctors in this Healthcentre. My daughter was seen by the doctor at 2 and being here since 9.30-10 till 2pm. It’s like we spent our day at the doctors for 4 hours. Usually only takes 20-30 min to be seen by the doctors. After seen by the doctor the free chemist is closed so I couldn’t get my daughter prescriptions. Please put more doctors in this healthcare Sandringham doctors.
