MTF Finance Penrose

Well thanks Lisa and your wonderful crew (Penrose) for another memorable experience arranging the finance for the new motorhome, i think tis is probally the 5th or 6th loan we have taken with MTF and each one through your branch, please pass on my sincere appreciation to your staff for making this last one even simpler and quicker, who ever reads this review I can personally recommend MTF, call them you wont be disappointed but what ive also discovered is that the after sales service is as equally as good, this relationship of ours is now 10 odd years old. Keep up the good work guys and gals

The team were really helpful during the lockdown. They are respectful and genuine, and I never feel stressed out when they call.

Raj did an outstanding job going through every minor detail of my contract, giving clear descriptions on the whats and whys before asking me to sign. No suspicious behavior as seen with other finance companies. Having worked in the finance world in the past, I rate this guy up there with the best! Cheers mate.

Raj was a pleasure to deal with and made the finance application easy.
Approval occurred quickly and for once, the financial arrangements were completed before the bike had completed its hand-over inspection by Experience Motorcycles. Usually its the other way around.

I don't normally post these praises as I have been caught out many times and proved wrong when speaking to early. However Bridgette has been so helpful and easy to deal with continually keeping in touch several times a day, explaining the process clearly and nothing was a problem.
