Muffin Break New Lynn has bright and tidy premises with friendly staff, a good selection of yummy food and fabulous coffee.

Disappointing went to get a muffin on the way to work it was just after 9am - parking at the mall is never fun. The GF muffin I wanted was in the cabinet - the manager was obviously running late to set up. I was told quite rudely not open for 20mins - (says open 9am on website) - I asked if I could just pay cash and he could just grab it for me and ring it up later. Nope it was too much of an effort! Wouldn’t mind if he was a bit friendlier - we buy from there for work quite regularly. I go there because GF and not easy to find a nice GF muffin. I understand we all under staffed at the moment but have some manners and customer service skills!
Food is always delicious, but some of the staff could benefit from customer service skills training.
