My first & second WOF experience with My Auto Tech was very pleasant. My friends, co-workers and relatives keep on telling me they are totally rip off and I don't believe them. Unfortunately my third WOF was so different, They keep on failing simple things, like wiper (which I just replace 1 week ago) but still they did not believe. Addition to it, they failed because of the dent which I repaired but did not accept because the back side (which is not visibly seen by eyes) is dented which I told them was screwed properly and I myself did it. I was shocked because they did not say anything in my first WOF with them.
I brought it to the panel beater and told me it was fixed properly. Just needing to be painted properly.

Now the staff are unfriendly unlike 2 to 3 yrs ago. I should have believed my friends and should have gone to other shop.

My first experience with My Auto Tech was very pleasant. Friendly staff and great customer services. Felt welcomed by the reception and all other staff members that I interacted with.
Took my car for a full service. Reasonable price for a good quality service.
Looking forward to get back there for my car WOF.

First Customer service is no good and unaproachable

Everytime I service my car there’s allways another problem or something faulty on my car! It’s like they break something else on your car just for them to have more jobs for more $$$ that’s how the buisness is looking like! A lot of other reviews I’ve seen with same problem!

I want a refund or something Yous are rip offs!

Fast and efficient service, the lovely ladies on the front desk were very friendly and helpful when I was in a bit of timely bind.

Will definitely refer My Auto tech as per my last Customer service experience with 2 ladies at reception. I would tell people go somewhere else rather than dealing with miserable receptionists. Went back because owner was really nice when went there for WOF last time. If you want good feedback of customer it's better to change both of them and get one good one.

Wouldn’t recommend this place, poorly run, no sense of organisation, staff were extremely rude and ignored customers.

We called ahead to see if we would be able to get a wof completed today, we were told “yes if you get here before 12”. Turned up less than five minutes later at 11: 15.

Went into the office to be told they were fully booked. Extremely frustrating and a waste of my time.

I have been a customer of My Autotech since the last 4 years and it's usually my go to place for WOF and servicing.
Good customer service and prompt response in regards to repairs with quotes on the same day.

The big island guy left greasy hand marks all over my car, slammed the doors and hood as he was inspecting it. Forgot there was a jack under my car and attempted to reverse it before i had to shout to him.had a bad attitude about it as well. Not a great experience

Highly recommend i took my car to quattro manukau and they overcharged me for mechanical so i brung my car here for second opinion they kept in contact with me about my car and the issues they are great to deal cheap and honest and thats all we want as a customer is honesty i am so glad to say i have found my new mechanics i will tell everyone to bring there business here as i will be in the future too much My Auto Tech?

Not a bad place been using them recently and they've looked after my work van. Definitely fast service too.

Called for a WOF, the team was able to accommodate my booking on the same day despite being busy. Brilliant service, very friendly honest staff and great pricing. I would highly recommend this business. Will definitely come back again.

Went to get a tire changed. Afterwards when reversing out I noticed my reversing camera was completely blocked, it was working perfectly fine on my drive over there. They must have lodged it up when lifting the trunk. I went and told them the issue before I left and they took zero accountability for this and kept saying how changing the tire has nothing to do with the camera without properly listening to what I was saying. Felt condescending. They refused to even look at the problem and just said it must have been "bad timing". Could have been an honest mistake but the problem was their attitude and reluctance to even investigate the issue. A bunch of places do tire changes, best to go to a place that doesn't send you away with another problem.

Great service. Receptionist was super helpful trying to source parts quickly and get the car sorted as soon as possible. Thanks
