I have always found great value and caring staff at Natural Health, both on-line now, and in the shop I used to go to.

They have a great range of healthcare products and more. Almost everything you can think of. Their water filter bottles and jugs are the best I’ve found available in New Zealand, in my opinion. And lots of products I’ve read about on overseas websites, and haven’t been able to find elsewhere. That’s actually what led me to this site in the first place, years ago, and I am constantly finding things on here that I need but wasn’t able to find in stores.

Can’t highly recommend Wendy and team at My Natural Health enough. I mistakingly ordered the wrong product and despite it being totally my fault they were completely happy with me sending it back, and then they shipped out the correct product without even charging for the extra shipping or a restocking fee. First time ordering very poor service compared to others such as healthpost, sports fuel, sprintfit etc.ordered yesterday n yet there is no news abt my order whereas others get it delivered next day or 2.
