We were pleasantly surprised with how much heat our biofuel fire puts out. We have a large open plan living/kitchen area and our Naked Flame fire heats it up easily. Nice friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Highly recommend.

After months of searching and visiting so many fire companies to have my old Victorian Register fireplace working again, and after receiving quotes that would make your eyes pop out, I finally discovered Naked flame and was stunned to find a little insert to go into my register which is all I had been wanting, just a lovely flame in my old fireplace and wow this is amazing, just as described, works, great value, I’m so so impressed. We lived in Rural Canterbury when we purchased our Naked Flame Fireplace but were preparing to buy our first home so wanted something to keep us warm during our last winter so we wouldn't have to hunt down another firewood supply for what was one of our wettest winters ever.
