Terrible terrible service! They don't know what they are doing here. They forget our order, they served people who came 25 minutes after us and we're still waiting!

Great service from the lady at the counter, very fast and friendly. The whole chicken, bbq wings and chips were great. The burger was a letdown as they now seem to use ciabatta buns which seemed stale and really tough, couldn’t actually bite through it which was a shame. Bring back normal burger buns!

Food is good, service and wait times at the kitchen are appalling. Will not be getting my money for a very long time.

These guys NEVER answer the phone, I’ve tried multiple times and on different occasions, the website has issues and makes it very difficult to order online, this is really terrible customer service and inconvenient, the food is okay but the ordering service is the worst I’ve experienced

I have gotten food poisoning from them 3 separate times, each time i tried to eat something different it happened again and again. I would not recommend at all.

Worst customer service I've ever had (or not had, considering the team would hang up on my phone calls or simply not pick up the phone). I ordered a vegetarian burger but received a meat one, called the store to try get either a refund or a new burger, only for them to just never pick up, or hang up on us before even saying hello. Tried a day later to call, still the same issue. Wouldn't waste my money or time here.

Always enjoy going to Nandos Wairau, a special shout out to Allison and Laura who have been working there for a long time, they are always kind, friendly and efficient.

The whole NANDOS system is corrupt. LOVED it service excellent. Food $ good. Friends, friendly

Wairau branch was excellent yummy food. Try the chicken tenders and a whole chicken. May be request them not to overcook the chicken. I have been ordering whole chicken lemon and herbs and it was always amazing

Ordered two meals online once I got home realised one was missing drove all the way back to get it and then they made the wrong thing, pointless trying to contact the company either they don’t bother replying to your complaints either - ZERO STARS

You can’t order inside the restaurant without the app? ! That is truly ridiculous. Went to Pita Pit next door and I’m never eating at Nandos again.

Our food came out 15mins apart. Burger and wrong fries dumped on the table not even in front us. When the rest of the food came again just dumped. I had to tell her to put our food in front of us as its polite.

Burger passable, kumera fries far too salty, only decent thing was the Fanta.

2 stars simply because the restaurant was clean and tidy!

There were 2 staff ladies who were continuously arguing with each other in Hindi, this is so unprofessional behaviour, we come here to enjoy our food not to hear their quarrel.food as usual was good. Date of Visit- 25/05 Time 3.45 pm

Awful - avoid this place. Staff unable to take order correctly, kitchen unable to cook food to a passable standard, ordered a wrap (cold), thighs (overcooked) corn and broccoli (both burnt and undercooked at the same time.) drink (forgotten about), order came out wrong twice and had to be returned before ultimately returning half the food and discussing it with extremely unenthusiastic looking manager who we had originally been told was not on site. Obviously not expecting 5* from a Nando's but this was really, really bad - also we were the only people there so they weren't exactly busy, but clearly also messed up the few takeaway orders that had been placed at the same time which we observed whilst we waited for the mysterious manager to appear. 0/10.

This place was a joke. We went to the counter to order and the front lady asked us to order through the phone which took us 10 min and while we were doing that she was taking orders directly from other customerS. What the fxxx? ! Was this because we were Asian? Since all othet customers (more than 10 people were all kiwis) We must have have to place the order through the phone because of COVID? When she was right in front of us with the till machine on? If thats the rule then why did you take the order from someone and not us? !
Not happy at all for this service and system

Very friendly staff at this location and a clean restaurant. We ordered the chicken blt with fries and a half chicken. We received our order very quickly - in less than 15 minutes.

There is water available at a tap plus cold chilled water free of charge. There is also lots of sauce available, cutlery, napkins, and more! Loved the hand washing station which was available in the restaurant.

Drinks in a fridge for purchase including coke products and beer.

Nando's is always pretty good. The last time I went the corn was disappointing tho. It was soggy and bland. Like they boiled it.
Rest of the food is good. Great to have Peri Peri chips where coating is tossed throughout the chips instead of just on top

I would choose zero stars if i could. Went today and was told I could only order online while sitting at a table. I scanned the QR code on the table, four of us found our meals, went to pay online and wouldn't process. Went up to counter and asked to order there and was told to sit down and download the app. Tried again and it still wouldn't work. Wasted a lot of time and I was really hungry and so were my kids. They didn't care about our frustration and wouldn't take our order. I'll never go back to Nandos again because they refused to help and frankly didn't care to serve us. ZERO customer service. Don't go here if you are hungry and haven't set up the ordering app beforehand- they won't help or serve you

I tried to place an phone order. No one picks up the phone on Friday and Saturdays. I do understand it’s busy in the evenings. But tired nearly 4 weekends m couple of times no answer.

Staff is very unprofessional. No hygiene. Cook is eating food while cooking food. Staff are checking their phone and don't bother serve the client in counter by standing next to fridge. Very bad experience with food.
