Wow, I haven't had such a pleasant surprise and great customer service in quite a while it seems! After trying a nearby junkyard that was closed when it said it was open online, I gave National Car Parts a call and the guy that answered said ya I'll help you out, come on over (and I believe they where actually closed on Saturday). I needed a hub cap for a rental car I was returning the next day. I meeted the guy (didn't get name) who just immediately handed me the exact hub cap I needed - for free! I would definitely give these guys a shot for any used car parts you may need. Much better than paying $70 for a pair of 4 hub caps when I only need one.

I was on my journey to Tauranga when I had crashed my car - later to find out it had been broken into and destroyed by the passing opportunists of the night world.

Unfortunately me being a bit of an “Auckland driver” with not enough experience driving rural roads, the transition from a main rural highway to a side street with a corner was the lesson-and experience I needed to learn to slow down.

The awareness of knowing two tyres had popped kicked in the adrenaline I needed to control the car from spinning off the road.

It is quite astounding what a car can do if it slightly nudges something.

That itself was stressful, but dealing with the aftermath is something I find even more stressful, but the team at Waikato/Hamilton/Paeroa really made the process easy and stress-free.
