I really enjoyed my experience at this clinic. I felt that I was in safe hands with TJ and Helen for acupuncture. Being a bit clumsy this year, I seemed to be having a few months of treatment. And now, I am happy to having maintenance treatment. It’s a great team here- very caring.

The receptionist, Thea, has exceptional customer service skills. She’s very lovely! The Chiropractors and Accupunturists are highly experienced and have a passion and pride in what they do. They make sure that all my needs are met and all of my queries are answered.

I had an accident 4years ago i fell and hit my tail bone, since then im in pain from time to time.then fast forward to 2018, i worked in production company and needed to stand up straight for 12hrs, and sometimes lift heavy materials and it made it worst.the pain became almost every day but the tingling sensation which was so uncomfortable became every day.i did some therapy, though it helped lessen the pain but still the pain and feeling of uncomfortable is not completely gone.and few months ago while cleaning the bathroom i had a minor accident again, then i had pain again.luckily i saw the post in Facebook regarding this chiropractor and acupuncture and made a little research about it, and thankfully i tried this, for a week now i don't fell any pain, and i dont feel the tingling sensation any more.i never thought it will improve.so thank you for the team in mt.eden you dont know how much you helped me improve my daily life routine.every body in mt.eden are friendly and professional.thank you

Amazing customer service and lovely vibe. The coffee is also so good here they should consider opening a cafe or something too. The receptionist and acupuncturists here are really professional! Come eveybody to this acupuncture paradise.

Been visiting Natural Health Care Clinic in Mt. Eden for 2 months now. They’ve got excellent and wonderful services. Everything about this clinic is professional from the reception to the therapy sessions. They take time to explain everything and give you your options. After a long standing discomfort and pain in my back, I feel significantly more comfortable and have no doubt there is still more improvement to come. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic as the treatment here is effective and excellent result from my Chiropractor and Acupuncture sessions.

Excellent Clinic: very friendly, welcoming and accomodating staff. Always on time, texted me reminders the day before appointments. My acupuncture sessions have been really beneficial for my general health and specific problems. The practitioner I am with, has fantastic listening skills and has a holistic approach to the treatment. Highly recommended.

I went into the clinic todatly and the staff are profesionals. Right after filling up the forms the chiro explained the procedure. The examination and explanation is good and the adjustments are better. Releived the muscle tension on my back. Will go back on Saturday with wifey.

Skeptical do do the acupuncture at first but end up loving it. It relaxes my muscle especially in my lower back. Staffs are accommodating and very friendly.

The best Chiropractor been to so far because the approach is holistic and everthing is well explained. And not rushing at all. Same goes with the Accupuncture treatment, very relaxing. Over all it was a great clinic highly suggested.
